4mil it is then. As for susp, i have stock j's and new shocks up front with a slight lowering kit on it. In the rear i have a new shcok, +2 swing, +2 axel. Im thinking about going up to a +4 swing since im going to use this mostly in the sand

is it like a dune/play port job??? Get some CPI in frame drags with the appr carb jetting. Maybe upgrade to a bigger carb. Possible get a 4mil stroker. Do the timing +4 but with the adj plate not the key so you can really dial it in. Coolhead yes, 21cc domes maybe??? Not good with any of that stuff.lol. Other than that sounds good. You shoul get a decent power gain and have a nice little rocket. What suspension are you going to run??? Ext swinger, axel. You doing this for sand, mx, drag what???

Ok so far ive been doing alot of talking to some local shops for my 90 build up into a dune runner. What i got so far getting a dune/play port going to bore an additional .020=.040 over 4mil stroker and welded coolhead v3 reeds 34mm carbs bigger intake cpi drags inframe(ditching the fatties) keeping my suspension the same(front j's, rear swinger +2, axel+2) this should get the job done. I hope. Didnt want anything too serious where i cant ride trails every now and then but want to own at the sand. Tell me what you think Dan

when my carbs leaked like none other 2days before my sahara trip i wasnt stressed, i just pack more gas to solve the situation.lol. But when something doesnt fit, be happy cause you get to mod it to fit then tell everyone you did it. Thats the best part
