I am looking for some billet bowls for PWK Carbs. I would like the Chariot Bowls. PM me if you have any you would like to sell. Thanks, Mailman

You could try to loosen up the head studs so they wiggle a little bit. The head should drop right on then if they are only a little off. You can then tighten up the studs and torque your head nuts down.

You're welcome Gary. Glad it worked for you.

I have had luck putting a patch on the inside. I got the patch from Napa and the vulcanizing glue.

By surfaces I mean the surface area where the gasket is being placed or touching. It sounds like you are just wanting a head gasket. I am talking about any gasket on the bike including the head gasket. When a bike/motor is tore down, usually pieces of gasket get stuck to the sealing surface. The sealing surface also usually gets dirt, oil, coolant, finger prints, etc. on it. It may also get dinged up by dropping the parts or the surfaces could be warped for a number of reasons but usually due to too much heat or just poor manufacturing. The way a surface is cleaned can easily lead to a poor sealing gasket surface too. When a new gasket is installed, it is important to make sure the sealing surfaces are clean and flat before the new gasket is installed. Some people even use some sealer on the gasket surface to help with potential leaks or just as added insurance against leaks. You have to realize that all gaskets are not the same thickness either. When replacing a head gasket or base gasket, your deck height and/or squish clearance is affected by gasket thickness. OEM gaskets are great in quality but they can be pricey and they only come in one thickness.

Gasket King is an outstanding company that is also on Ebay and can make any gasket you need. I have used their gaskets for years with no issues. Just an fyi: Most gasket failures are not due to the gaskets but the surfaces themselves or the prep of the surfaces.

It seems like more guys have luck with the PWK. Most shops have more experience with the PWK also. I would stick with those.

Replacing the needle and seat for the floats can help with this problem. -
Hey Guys, I just want everyone to know that ALBA really went above and beyond and will be helping me out big time. I want to thank Patrick and Alba for doing this. They have proved hands down that they are "Customer Needs" based to put it lightly. I would not hesitate to deal with this company. They really took care of me and I am sure they will do the same for you. They did not ask me to post up but I think people need to know how a business treats people. Thank you Patrick and Alba!!!! ps. Thank you to Pastrykiller too for helping me out a ton too.

Hey Alba, Can you quote me the cost on a new set for my situation? I sold the old set for $200 shipped. I mailed through USPS not UPS so there was no insurance. The arms were packaged up extremely well. The post office workers must have used my box for a volleyball game or a pinata or something. I am ready to refund the $200 to the buyer. Please let me know if you can help in any way or your "best" price for him to get an updated set. Thank you, Mailman

Well...................Here is the scoop guys. Pastrykiller was correct. These are some old A arms from Alba. They are about 8 years old. The Alba part number is AL210-113. They were called Alba Pro Elite Arms and sold for $600 for the set. I called Alba and they said they "Don't make or sell those any more from that manufacturer". I asked if I could contact the manufacturer and he said they are "Overseas". I asked again for the contact information and he said "They don't release that information". He agreed that the set of A arms is useless since I can't get a replacement arm for them. What do you guys think about this? Here are the pics of the same arms with a receipt from Alba showing the part number from Pastrykiller.

Alba just replied to my pics and said they are not Alba arms.
-
That would be awesome. Thanks Pastrykiller.

Hey Guys, One of the A-arms I shipped to a member was lost in shipping. The box tore open and it is lost in USPS land somewhere. We are trying to find it but I am not hopeful. It is the right lower A-arm. I am trying to figure out who made these so I can order an arm. I included pics of both bottom arms and one upper arm to help identify the maker of these. Thanks in advance for any help. I pm'd Alba the pics but have not heard back yet.

Ported jugs, bored stock carbs, and stock head recut by Hall.
-
Here is Hall's 350 motor on gas, stock bored carbs, stock air box, T5 pipes. I think the bore is 4th or 5th over. He has spent some time on the 350 banshee motor. He hasn't played with other banshee motor configurations too much.
