I think you are runnig a Mikuni carb and your friend is using a Keihin one... Main jet numbers are in a different scale....

Hi guys!! I want to buy a pre filter for my quad. I'm not using the stock filter. I am using a Trinity 2 into 1 intake with only 1 carb. I use a clamp-on foam Uni-filter. it's a straight filter. I made this little review after rebuilding my motor, and with a new single PJ34 carb installed. My mods are: Mild ported, 66mm prox pistons (370cc), stock stroke, +5 degree key, head mods (160psi), cylinders lifted 0.4mm (with an extra base gasket). Ported reed cages with carbon reeds. Trinity intake with PJ34 single carb, clamp on Uni air filter. 182 main, 52 pilot, needle in the middle. Maxima Castor 927 mixed at 30:1 with 100 octane gas

What were you using with the stokcers? Im running a trinity intake wiht a PJ34 too, Im running a 182 main and a 52 pilot... whit the 26mm mikuni I was running 27.5 pilots and 310 mains

I saw some people running different piston size here in Argentina. But this is because Atv parts are really very expensive here!!! As all the guys said: I wouldn't run 2 diffrent sized pistons in my quad
