how bad did u cross thread that cheap ass plastic thing. i did it also but i was able to take a flat head screw driver and push the threading to where it would screw for a temp fix untill i find a new one.

yea they say about 2 sizes bigger on mains

k&n pods flow alot of air. you will notice a difference between pods and the airbox. they make outer wears for sandy/dirt conditions but they arnt good for anything wet.

i dont have the money of them yet. but am probaly doing some porting when i get some. but after that i for sure want some +2+1 a arms. just checking on brands. i just never heard anything about armadillo before so thanks for the info.

my bog was low to mid but since i moved the clip it is better. i cant tell for sure untill i ride in sand. i have my stock 25 pilots in right now but was thinkng about going back to 27.5. when i had my 27.5's in the bog got worse. also my plugs look rich so i'm not sure about going bigger on the pilots. also it dont want to idle. i dont kno if its cuz of being so rich or what. so far the best thing i did was move my needle clip back in the middle. i'm out 2 turns on air screws with 340 mains. might go back to 330 mains

as far as quailty goes. how well do they hold up to names like wicked and full flight. in your opinion. just wondering because i dont hear much about armadillo

if you are going to be riding mostly trails then i would stay away from a 4 mil. not that its bad but it wouldnt be worth the money because you couldnt really open it up. get some pipes and a aggressive trail port with the money saved. you should be able to beat 450's with that mod easily.

when i put my pipes on my shee i started out at 4th clip down from the top. which should raise the needle inturn making it richer. well i had a hell of a bog and tried many things to get ride of it. well i set the clip back in the middle clip which would lower the needle and make it leaner. most of thebog is gone now and its smoking alot more then it did. i pulled the plugs and they were real rich. am i thinking of the needles backwards or just something weird with my bike? moving the e-clip down(4th from top) makes it richer correct?

if you have a boost bottle, thats your problem. the most seen spot is the rubber intake boots that your carbs connect to. spray carb cleaner or starting fluid around there and listen for an rpm gain. it dont matter if the engine is war or cold as long as it idles good

dont even think that it will change a thing. 4 stroke people are like women, you cant change their mind no matter how many facts you prove. let them talk all the shit they want online, prove it to them on the sand/track that banshee is THE ultumate quad.

so i never really wanted nerfs before because i didnt have a problem with slipping off my pegs. well today i was hitting my small jump in my front and had about 50 smooth landing untill the last one. my bike went a lil sideways and when i landed my left foot slipped off and i ran it over which riped me off the quad. now my leg feels like i did a burn out on it and its on fire... for sure want some nerfs now.

yours too? whats your mods. 30 pilot is pretty big. i cleaned my carbs, air filters and she is still a bastard to start but when its warm it will start like nothing. i guess i only have get new plugs and see if that helps

i believe they are higher elevation but i dont know if its high enough to cause me to jet for it. dont 350 mains sound fat for a stock bike that only has pipes? also my needle is on the forth clip down(which raises it) so i think that position is fine. thanks i'll let you know this weekend

ok i see what your saying.. i guess the bog and spudder part confused me. i'll go to 340 and try that but i almost need to do it at the dunes cuz at my house it ran great after the 27.5 pilots but when i got to the dunes it was bad. must not be able to get the rpms high enough here. my bike must love the gas because my cousins bike is ported and he runs 380 main and 25 pilot and that is rich. i'll let you know how the bigger mains go this weekend

i wouldnt plan on dragging too much i was just there yesterday and the strip has pot holes full of water and i think we are getting more rain

ok so my bike deffinatly runs different in the dunes.. with my new pilots i think i was flooding out while riding in the dunes. i couldnt get into powerband unless i clutched it and i couldnt even ride through the bog. the bog got like 20 times worse in the dunes. as of now i still have 330 mains in(and for just a piped and K&N pods i think that is plenty) and 27.5 pilots with air screw 1 turn out. i have my needle on the fouth clip down and i'm wondering with such a horrible bog now if i should put my needle back in the middle clip, OR put my stock pilots back it. that was the worse bog i have ever had before. i for sure need to lean it out but i dont know which part the needle or the pilot. which do you think?

i put some 27.5 pilots in today and at first when i started it, it seemed too rich like it wouldnt want to rev up but when it was running for like 3 mins and warmed up it runs good. took care of most the bog and i have the air screws set and 1 out. my cousin and i are going to hit silver tomarrow before the crowd and i'll see how the shee is really gonna run.

those arnt bad but my tie rods are fine its just my balljoints

i think i need a new ball joint on my front left. i adjusted my tie rod the best i could that helped my side to side but it still has a slight angle inwards. i cant find priceing for ball joints on stock a arms on any websites.. or maybe i'm not good with rockymountain. anyone know of the prices?
