for referance I had my frame, 4 spindals, rear sproket mount and rear rotor mount pc for $200. That included sand blasting. There is no way I could have painted for that cheap. Those parts you have should't be more than $40.

I'm all for doing it yourself but by the time you buy paint, cear coat, sand paper and your time you would be far better off to pc. It,s also far more durable, especailly for those parts that will get wear and tear. If you still want to paint I would start at about 80-100 grit and work down to 400 paint with a sandable primer then wet sand that with a 600 grit, paint your color then clear. I'm not a pro painter, that"s just what has worked for me in the past.

a friend had one he made that fit under the nose jack on his toy hauler so as he jacked the trailer up it would put the full nose weight of the trailer onto the bead. worked great only down side is you needed to be hooked up to the truck.

I love my Bnahsee but if your mostly riding street and you can get one of those conversions for what you have into your Banshee I say do it. You can always go back to a Banshee.

I personally found that a 4 1/2" grinder with a cut off wheel works best. Just stay off your line a bit and use a file to clean it up nice to the tape line. Once your all done, use a propane torch or heat gun on the edge to give it a polished look. DON'T BURN THE PLASTIC.

this is just in referance to the stock a-arms being that the ball joint cannot be removed. Most aftermarket a-arms have removable ball joints, so powder coating is not a problem.
