What are stock carbs worth? I have a set with TORS eliminated. Ready to put on and ride. The choke does not stay out unless you hold it..like a lot of banshees.

One of the reeds is broken and will need replaced. I noticed a big increase over stock. Will work with stock intake boots. One of the reeds is broken. The other three are in fair condition. A set of replace reeds runs $36 bucks. The cages are much bigger. You have to buy the FMF reeds for the Ram valve. Here are some pictures I'm asking $12.00 shipped. The second pick is me at my goal weight 225 the first 315. I know I still look pretty chunky but I swear below my belly buton there is a ton of loose skin. I work nights and couldnt sleep last night. I had some very rusty silencers in the garage but nothing to clean them up with. I did have some aluminum foil in the kitchen, and some coke zero. I crunched up the foil and soaked it in coke, with a little elbow grease the silncers looked like new. I heard about it awhile back someone on this forum...I didnt think it would do much...it works...better than anything else ive used.

It seems the circle do-hickys inside the valve are just about the right size for stock carbs. If the carb is bigger wouldnt it trap air/fuel on the outside of the circlular do-hicky. Here is the thing im talking about Anyone run 34mm carbs with rad valves?

Not looking to spend a lot (ofcourse). I typically use K and N but foam would be ok. I could also use some rubber intake boots for 34mm carbs, but have no problem reaming out my stock ones if I cant find the right price.

Stuff is only worth what someone will pay, not way you pay for it, or what you think its worth.

Dont get a cool head, have your stock head milled. Take the money you would spend on on a cool head...add another $100..get it ported.

Do you have all of the electronics to make it work? Id go back to stock top end.
