Have a nice set of Mikuni TMXX Quad Vent 34mm carbs for sale. Mikuni's latest tech--awesome quad vent carbs for very nice, crisp throttle response from the bottom, and an awesome mid and top end. Very easy to adjust/tune, set the idle, O-ring gaskets, etc. Currently jetted for stock cylinders/mild porting. Would be perfect for a dune bike, smaller drag bike, or a fast desert / MX bike. $185 + shipping. A bargain. They're over $400. I'll clean them up nicely before shipping.

Banshee Uncut Plastics Fenders Seat BIllet Grille

I tapped them from behind with a rubber mallet and an extension, turning the hub and tapping on each arm--they were coaxed out with out too much effort. But the joint puller from Autozone is your safest bet. Make sure you clean the spindle up (and your hubs...) and put a light coat of grease before reassembly...

ebay $100 new oversized radiators are they wortbuying?
Erwin8r replied to Craig Walker's topic in Product Reviews
Hector, we get it--you're smart. Your grammar is near-perfect, most of the time, and your command of the language is commendable... Now quit tyring so hard and just have fun! LOL!! I know of two people with these radiators--one on a big, stroked supercub, and another on a duner. They work great, don't leak, and polish nicely. I'd rather buy an American one (and did.... for more $$), but it's a free market and to each his own. Wisconsin, China IS responsible for some of our woes... They dump sh*t into our economy at ridiculous prices and squeeze out Americans trying to make a reasonable living. But I better shut up now--not trying to turn this into a political debate. -
Guy should refund dough and shipping. Especially if you asked and he lied.

Jeff, are these easy to install without fooking them up? What kind of staple gun do we need? Very interested.

carbs/filters/cool head/ billet thumb throttle!
Erwin8r replied to 2sTrokeLove's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Yeah, it's a nice one... It's a polished body with what looks like a Cascade billet top... If I ran thumb throttle, I would have kept it for sure. Here are pics I took right before I shipped it: -
Sounds like you're running Keihin PWK's, not Mikunis... Just an FYI...

Contact one of the site sponsors, JDS Customs--he makes grilles and I'm sure he can make a very nice one for your Maier plastics. Matter of fact, he probably has the pattern for them already... Here's the link: http://www.jdscustoms.com/

Gear oil "weight" (viscosity) is not the same as engine oil "weights." 85w is not really 2x thicker than 10w40.... The HP2 is probably close to a 40 weight in engine oil measurements... Just my .02

Way too lean. CPI's need more fuel... And what size pilots are you running? I have the same carbs, with my 358 Cub and Shearers (similar to your set up). I run 350 mains at sea level, or 340 at 1400 feet. I would start with 350's with your set-up, and work down from there.

Banshee wont accelerate after 1/4 throttle
Erwin8r replied to 252wheelieking's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
I second this. Your jetting isn't that far off. But after you check your wiring, you need to yank your carbs and check your reeds (make sure there are no broken petals, etc.) and check your carb internals. PJ's (yours is either a 34 or a 36mm...) are very similar to PWk's in terms of jetting. -
