When I pulled the motor on my banshee, I forgot to put new seals in. So for piece of mind I pulled it again and replaced the crank seals, I dropped it back in and got it running. I made it about 2 passes around the house when a chattering noise started comin from the engine so i killed it before causing anymore damage, it ran awesome until I shut it down. I noticed when I very slowly kick it over, it makes that clicking sound. I pulled the clutch cover off and couldn't visibly see anything wrong or damaged. All I did was pull off the bottom end and replace the crank seals, what the hell could I have done?

You need a top end rebuild bud, stock compression is 130psi. Anything under 100 is due for a rebuild.

I've been having problems with the way my shee is running. The only way it will start is with the choke open, and when it starts I shut the choke off. It will rev & run fine for about 20 seconds, then act like it's being starved for fuel and stalls. When I finally get it warmed up enough I can make it about 100 feet then it bogs down and stalls. My jetting is at 330 mains, needle 3rd clip, and 25 pilots 1.5 turns out; at idle & when I give it gas thicker white smoke comes out of the silencers like it's really rich. I've tried my air screws both in and out, and nothing helps. My coolant doesn't seem to be going down any in the rad either. Let me kow what you guys think.
