My Fly boots, Dickie shorts, whatever Tshirt I have that doesn't smell like ass, My camelback, KBC helmet and Oakley goggles. When I lose a little weight then i will go buy some nice gear.
You've never heard "turd cutter" before? damn. turd cutter, turd taperer, chocolate pencil sharpener, chocolate starfish, I have more just ask LOL.
Very nice man, you are a lucky guy.
The 2 wheelers will be hard to beat, I'm not saying it can't be done, anything is possible but they will be alot harder to beat. Either way have fun and be safe.
I ride my bikes on the street all the time................because they are street legal. I don't have a mirror on my Shee but they haven't given me any shit about it so far. I see this as a lesson learned. You can fight it and see what happens, but plain and simple you got a ticket for something that may or may not be illegal. The only way you will find out who is right is to go to court and hash it out there.
Just an FYI, I have a 94 Blaster that is basically set up the same way. Anyways mine did the same thing, running fine backfired and died. Wouldn't restart but would backfire every couple of kicks. Ended up being a busted corner on 1 reed peddle (sp?). Replaced the reeds and runs like new. Something to think about if you decide to get it.
Been there and hated every second. Mine was welding slag but it all burns the same. I never went to the hospital, just had balance/hearing issues. About a week later I had a pea sized scab come out and my inner ear burned for a few days after that. Fine now, I think the sizzling right in the ear and the smell was the worst part.
I run the Trail Tech, they were on the bike when i bought it. I like them, they look alot better IMHO. My buddy is a dealer for TrailTech so i am thinking about upgrading to the Eclipse HIDs in the future.
Most of them you can't leave the old ones in, they hit the caliper and tear off. Flipping a stem so it's inside out seals the hole, makes it not permanent and they leave a ton of clearance between the stem and caliper.
Welcome to BHQ. Alot of good info here and for the most part some really cool people with alot of knowledge. Hope it brings you more info in the future.
Drill the new hole exactly opposite of the original, then take another stem and install it backwards in the original hole. It helps keep the wheel balanced this way. Works really well and I have never had 1 leak or anything. Just an idea.
