  1. I also have a bumper that looks to be home made it came on a bike i bought. A stock clutch cover, and a trinity head, and all hardware needed to install it, 3 oring sets 2 of them are new never opened, 4 sets of domes Domes= 66.5 20cc 12 deg 66.5 18cc 13 deg 66.5 15cc 12 deg 66 18cc custom cut to a 19cc by lrd 9 deg I need a set of 35 pwk's too. Everything is going on ebay tomorrow night. Pics

  4. I dont think there is a washer behind the flywheel nut. Neither one of my bikes have one.

  7. I have a few parts I don't need. I have Stock carbs with idle screws installed and a new braided throttle that should be in next week sometime, stock intakes, reeds, reed spacers, K&N pods with outerwears, 2 polished boost bottles they have some rub marks from the gas line, 2 polished grabbars one is a prm not sure what the other is they both had some road rash in them i sanded it out the best i could, I also have a set of stock wheels and tires the rears have razr's them they don't have much tread left. I have lots of other stock parts head, crank, tie rods, hubs, im sure theres more if you need somthing just ask and i'll see if i have it. I need studs for a pro design head, K&N pods and outerwears for 28mm pwk's, billet pipe clamps and hangers, about anything billet and any performance parts let me know what you have. Pic's
  8. I've done some trading with him and he came through it took awhile but the parts made it just as described, i know he works alot but he still needs to get your parts out.

  10. Welcome the BHQ!! :beer: :beer: Sounds like a good trade to me, If it was me i would do it. Just check out the frame for bends or cracks, also check the filter, oil all that kinda stuff to see if he took care of it. Do you mean FMF pipes and a 200 watt stator?

  13. Backfiring could be an air leak, look for cracks in your intake boots. If your impeller seal is out it wont make it smoke, your crankcase is sealed. Keep an eye on your coolant level, if its burning coolant you should be able to smell it. You should pull your carbs off pull the pilots and mains out and clean them real good make sure all the small holes in the pilots are not cloged, while you have your carbs off it will be easier to check your intake boots for cracks. There is enough info and good ppl on here to help you with anything you need just ask.

  16. Im looking for a coolhead, I would prefer a prodesign because i have o-rings and domes for it already. I also need the studs to go with it. Let me know what you have with pics and prices. Thanks.
  17. I have a stock clutch in great shape with fibers and plates, I don't have the rubber o-rings that go with it but i dont think you need them. Pm me if your interested.
  18. I would start around a 160 main and 50 pilot with a cel needle in the middle clip. You may end up around a 158 and 48. If your going to run pump gas i would set the timing at +4, for race fuel i have mine set at +6. Hope this helps. Are you running t5's or pro curcuits?
  19. Post a few pix of it and close up of the parts. If you decide to part it put some price's up i may be intereested in a few parts.

I tryed braking a set of stock tires down a few weeks ago to sell the wheels i had a bead breaker and a small manual tire machine and couldnt get them broke down i took them to the tire shop and they had them done in about 10 mins for 10 bucks. It may be easier to take them to a tire shop. Or you can buy a set of polished stockers off me :biggrin: .

  23. Your stock studs will work you just need to call trinity and order the acorn nuts that the head uses, and order a set of o-rings, i normally order a couple sets of o-rings at a time so i always have an extra set.
  24. I have a set of stock carbs with the tores still on them but they have the idle screws installed, they come with like new pods and outerwears. The cable is usable but needs to be replaced soon it is starting to come apart where it hooks to the thumb throttle. pm me if interested. I also have the stock intake boots, reeds, reed spacers, and a boost bottle that goes with them.
