  1. there probably a year or more old, chrome with bare aluminum silencers, in decent shape and they should clean up nice
  2. i realize it should have sb and cpi would probably be better but i didnt mention i was told they were sb from the guy i got them from but he lied. so ths is what i have to work with for now, actually i took it for a quick rip the way its jetted and it has more low end then it did with the t5 it just takes a little longer to hit the power then it revs forever it seems but doesnt feel as strong up top, could be jetting tho i can only get 1/2 way thru 3rd around my place. thanks again for any advice someone might have.

  5. bs i sent you a text with a pic of sb and bb side by side, you still said "ya there small bore". besides, its always the sellers responsibility to make sure he knows what the hell he is selling. is there anything your willing to do about it? it doesnt seem like it. if you would like i can post the msgs we sent back and forth so everyone can see. as for filing a claim, is there still a way to do it if the money was sent as gift?
  6. i have a 421 serval at 600"asl, +2 timing, not sure on the domes but running 94 pump with stock carbs with 27.5, 1 out, 360 main and toomey needle, pods in 80-90* 155psi. that was the set up for the t5s i had on it. it was a couple mains rich but ran strong. now i have some bb inframe shearers (supposed to be sb but i got screwed) that i need to get jetted close before i take it out because i dont have the room to plug chop at home and i need to ride it to a plce i can. so what do you guys think it should have?

  9. i bought a set of pipes off him that were supposed to be 4month old shearer sb/sf/if. the deal was id pay for them thurs and he would ship fri. well they didnt and he wouldnt answer my msgs untill sat morning. then mom when he said he just shipped them, i asked for a tracking number and he said his wife had it. the next afternoon he sent me a pic of the shipping receipt that said they were shipped on tues. ok that doesnt sound bad but when i picked up the pipes at the post office they were in an old paper towel box with no protection besides peices of newspaper and barely taped closed with duct tape. so i open the box and thankfully they arent damaged but guess what there bb pipes and deff not 4 months old more like 2 or more years old but in good shape. so i text him nicely saying its not wahat i paid for and i get no reply, text again the next day and no reply, so a couple hours later i txt him with something a lil more nasty and the replay is i sold them for a friend ill let him know, first i heard it was for a freind. he is tho one who contacted me through my wanted add for sb/sf in frames. i have all the txt we sent back and forth saved, we even talked on the phone sat morn,he said they were sb, although trying to understand what he was saying was hard. this guy should be banned, people like him are the ones who make us affraid to buy off this site from newer members, ive never had a problem buying anything from here before, its a first but ill think twice next time. his name on the packing slip: Scharod Davis from Bladeboro nc. anyone know this guy? the name on the paypal account was: thanesia townsend. he told me he was in Georgia all i really want is for him to work something out with me, not ignore my texts but work it out like a man who made a mistake, not a douche bag scammer. i waited a long tome and saved up the money for these so i could get what i wanted, instead i got 500 worth of uselessness, anyone wanna trade your sb for my bb? deston
  10. im looking for 1 or maybe a pair of stock headlights. my buddy broke one of the glass lenses, so if anyone has one glass lense lying around to sell let me know, otherwise a pair of stock or aftermarket lights will work. thanks

  13. can i use carbs from a sled on my shee? i know sled use a pump so would anything need to be modified/changed? the only reson i ask is because a buddy has some kind of mikuni 32's for free off a sled.

  17. would it be a bad idea to run bb inframe shearers on my 421 as cast serval? how would they compare to sb pipes? its running on pump fuel

  21. does anybody know how the 421 serval would like a 1:2 intake manifold? im switching from stock carbs and thinking i might try it. what would it be like compared to stock carbs?
  22. need to know all the mods, what elevation your at, outside temp. if you take the bowl off your carbs the main jet will be a hex right in the middle and the pilot is right next to it in a hole.
  23. bought a petcock, still poking around for some pipes and mybe some carbs in the 32-35 range
  24. just went out and put some 25 pilots in it needle on the middle and 1.5 on the air screws, problem solved. it runs real nice now, i was missing out on a lot of bottom end and thats the reason i couldnt get the needle right. i would have been at it for a real long time thinking the pilot was lean at a 30. cant thank wheelman enough.
  25. i did what you told be wheelman, put some 27.5 pilots in it got the air screw to come out to 2.25 without hanging rpm then turned idle down. i think the hi idle after wot is gone,hard to tell nowhere to really open it up. but i have a new problem. if my needle is on the middle clip it hesitates a lot 1/4-3/4 rich, if i go one slot lower its lean 1/4 but good from 1/2 on. do i need a different needle? should i try my toomey needles? or would stock pilots be what i need since the air screw is so far out?
