  1. yeah i do but i need it for a couple months im going with an elka and long travel link it will be for sale soon and the airbox i will dig it out today and get some info on that
  2. all parts are off of a 2007 and in really decent shape stock front black shocks $50 stock axle $60 stock head 15$ some other odds and ends like a stock airbox with uni vents, stock rad overflow bottle, stock shift star, stock black heel guards everything is or best offer
  3. right on man i hear ya..... i was on a bit of a soap box last night! yeah stock for stock they are a better machine but while sayng that my cousins ltr was slower then my stock banshee in a straight line not by much but still slower. Good for "joey" hopefully he loves the machine and has great success with it it just seems when ever i go riding the boy all want to ride banshee. they all wanted a banshee but every time they went in the salesman sold them on a 4 stroke and most of them regret it! good luck "joey" ride the balls off it and when it breaks .............. get a banshee ! lol jk
  4. I don't know about this thread by the sounds of it most ppl on this site should join yfz central or are on the verge of joining? I am not sure what it is but i love my shee, every time i ride with my buddies on there raptor 700's and 660's, yfz'z ltr'z kfx's and 1 ds i just have a chuckle at how damn shitty they sound and perform for the money they paid...... and have into those things. i don't know maybe its just me but the four stroke craze is just promotional performance beat into peoples heads by advertising and hype not one stock 4 stroke i have ridden has lived up to its hype. Is this just me ? and if it is then i will live in my dream world ... because its nice here the air smells of glorious race fuel and 2 stroke!!!

  8. sold the a arms. just the axle left i am also looking for some stuff so open to trades on a six pack rack, asv levers, front bumper. i also have a stock head say 20-25$ ish ?

  10. i have a set of stock a arms and axle both are like new they are off my 2007 and not bent in any way. i just ordered a new set of wikid +3+1's and g force axle so these are going to become paper weights. a arms - 100$ axle - 80$ possibly front shocks?????? i just ordered the parts today so everything is still on the bike if anyone is interested i can pull them off and take pics! :biggrin:

  15. thanks man you seem like the only guy to answer me back! lol but yeah man the kicker gear just seems to engauge funny i was trying it earlier and it wont seem to kick proper if i pull the shaft outwards it works fine. its strange i have never had this problem before and it tore all the springs in half so i better get some new ones.
  16. i pulled the clutch apart yesterday to check out my shift star because it wouldent down shift properly. so i reassembled everything and took it for a ride and about 20 min in my bike just made a horrible noise and started to lock up! i thought the bottom end seized up but when i got towed back it was just the inner clutch hub snapped 3 of the studs off and fucked 4 springs. what would cause this? oh and the last time i started it the kicker gear slipped when i started it what is the cause of this? everything looks fine except the inner hub and the springs rubbed the shit out of the clutch cover what else do i need to replace? thanks guys
  17. use a propane torch and a new carpet knife. "warm"up the plastic and the knife blade and trim it about an inch from the line you have drawn and repeat the process until you slow trim it to the line you have drawn. i hacked them off mine with a sawzall and then trimmed them down like i said ..... and i would have never used the sawzal if i would have known how easy the other way is . oh i have pics in the image section under "cut them off" .......... ps dont do this in the living room your gf will get pissed!
  18. i just put shearers on my bike and it has no port work, pods , coolhead with 20cc domes and plus 5 timing and the thing feels like it revs to the moon and has power everywhere. i like it over my t6's. big time top end gain with lots of power down low ..... but i ride on the handlebar lol
  19. hey man i spent the time today and swaped pipes again and from the seat of my pants the shearers out performed the t6's everywhere even down low and it feels like i lose 3 to 4 mph with the t6's. i thought that the t6's had lots up top but man the shearers just keep screaming! I am glad i did this now because it feels like the t6's are weak all around i will try my buddies t5's and procircits in 2 weeks when they show up for a ride. sorry for thread jacking!

I just installed my noss cool head with 20cc domes at 1200ft in elevation and installed carbon tech reeds and a timing plate at +5, i am running 93oct and man what a difference! oh i also changed over to shearers from t6's ...... i wish i would have added 1 mod at a time so i could feel the power difference but oh well
  21. went withe the same set up and tried them out today and i like it! they hook up great but you can slide them around at will and turn like a mofo!
  22. hey guys i just installed my new nos cool head with 20cc domes , carbon tech reeds, timing plate at +5, tors eliminator, 15 tooth front sprocket, shift star, billet extended thumb lever, parking brake removal, pods with outer wears and upgraded from t6's to shearer inframes, went from a 280 to 300 main jet. what a difference! the thing is a whole new beast i dident expect the power gains i got without porting..... this thing sounds awsome now. i came back from my test ride and i found 1 extra screw so now im stressing out i think it is from behind the clutch basket?!!! so i guess i will pull it apart again tomorrow and see before riding it again. oh and after the shift star it down shifts a little strange all most like i am pressing twice to go down 1 gear from 1st oh 3rd? what could cause this?

  24. where can i find a shift star screw asap? i fucked up and bent it by trying the shifter before it was tight
