I'll keep this short. I keep breaking clutch plates ( fibers ) The other day I had it apart and the first plate is in 7 pieces. It was a fairly new clutch. Anyone else have this problem? What clutch should I buy? Thanks Matt.

X2. The side of the carb is tapered. You got to gring it flat. I'd take a 1/4" off. that should fix your problem. Dont forget to sync them.

Here's my black beauty. 88 GMC 14 bolt rear. dana 60 front, 4:56 gears. Needs bigger tires. Saving my pennies for 39.5 boggers. Has about 8" suspension + 3" body lift.

Are they PWK's or PJ's ? I think your pilots and mains are rich if you have PWK's. What needles do you have?

You new damn well the motor, frame, and trans were all shot. ( thats the reason you wanted a new banshee ) First time I saw the bike I told him he got screwed. However, he should have looked at it much better. So I guess you pulled one over on him. Actually you did me a favor, because he paid me to fix everything. I had the same problem last week. Found that the rivot at the end of the shift shaft was worn and wobbling. I could actualy see marks on it, were it was going past the shift star. Hope this helps.

I believe I found the problem. The end of the shift shaft is loose and sloppy. You can actually see marks on it were it was rubbing the shift star.
