Timings at +4 27cc domes I ordered a pump gas motor. Im not having a problem yet, but in summer heat I know I will. I do alot of hill climbs, in July and August my old motor ran hot.

Thanks for the input guys, I have a 20 fin inline cooler, made no difference in temp. I think Ill go with the Toomey radiator, looks like the biggest I found. Price seems fair $400

Did you retorque the cylinders and head? Possible vaccume leak.

Is a aftermarket radaitor worth the money, I got a 492 cheetah, it seems to run warm in the winter, worried about possible overheating in summer.
