    Release the locknut and turn the shaft with the phillips head in or out, whichever way you need to go. This adjustment sits center of the pressure plate.

    I like these pipes on my stock motor. I've had toomeys and these, and I agree the toomeys rev out just a tad harder on the top.

    You have got to either dent the pipe (Not a great idea imo) or twist the pipe outwards away so it will clear the pv servo's. I believe rockets and paul turner pipes fit without modifications.

    The aliens are a decent pipe, very comparable to Toomey. If your seriously wanting this pipe I would go with the toomeys just for the fact that you cannot hardly find a set of Aliens without buying them new.

    I can vouch for the time/condition on these carbs, I purchased the carbs and intakes brand new. You can run these on pump gas, you must only convert to run alchohol.

    I would start with troubleshooting the stator. Like sunshine said do not use a 3-jaw puller, you will most likely mushroom the head of the crankshaft stud.
