  1. i have done many cylinders, cases, and did a complete 400ex motor, no problems at all, and you know how hot those air cooled 4 strokers can get!!! if you decide to powdercoat them joey, you will never have to mess with them again..

  5. are they currently painted or powdercoated?? if they are just painted i will strip them and powdercoat them for 20 a piece, plus you pay the retutn shipping.. let me know.. here is a set i did in black for 00shee00

  7. just drain the coolant, you will need new base gaskets, and i would do a new head gasket, and possibly the reed/intake gaskets, if you do not rip them taking it apart i would reuse the intake gaskets

  10. yep, had a buddy that this happened to, take the clutch cover off, on the pressure plate, in the center will be an adjuster with a locknut, i would bet money that the locknut nas backed off and the adjuster has vibrated loose.. you will probably find the locknut chewed up somewhere..

  13. yep. t5's would be my choice, i have had cpi's, t5's and t6's, 2 into1 pipes, and the t5 is my favorite.. have you tried using a different needle in that single carb? try a eek or a dek needle, will make a ton of difference, i had to buy a new boot today from trinity for my 2 into 1.. was 50 bucks,, sucks ass

  15. do you have upp's number?? and who is K&L? do they have a number?? will it be cheaper than trinity?
  16. where can i find a carb boot for my trinity 2 into 1 carb setup?? i took my topend off my bike tonight to send to passion racing for a bore job and noticed it is cracked pretty bad and has a small tear in it.. i think trinity wants a small fortune for one, is there anywhere else to find one that works??
  17. i have one banshee with both, and i have another banshee with just the modded star.. the modded star helps,but add the shift pro kit with it and damn!! you can shift your banshee with a toothpick!!! it is well worth it man,, i know it is a lot of money for a spring and lever but its good shit!!!!
  18. hey man, hook up with cfm on here. he builds swingarms, i just got one from him, they are built well and have a lifetime warranty. i would go with the roundhousing desgin, much much better setup.. and if u get a bare swinger i can powdercoat it for you.
  19. i have one, and it can take a beating for sure.. plus a lifetime warranty no questions asked.. man if u are looking for a good oversize axle, the gforce is the way to go.. i am sure others will chime in and tell you the same.

  21. i have stock cylinders, you had the wrong needle in it, i had the same problem with my 2 into 1 setup. i tried everything and almost gave up, the snop told me to change the needle, so i tried it and dam it runs like a dream now.
  22. well i weigh 200. and the plus 4 was too much, no traction, the plus 2 is just right, i can control my bike a lot better, get good traction, and do wheelies when i want.. some people go - on there arms. so a plus 2 is a good all around size arm.. i trail ride mosrtly, but i do love to do the occasional drag race and hill climbs and the +2 serves me well. but if u want a +4 i have one for sale
  23. lol. wel if u wanna talk about power, the bike i took the +4 off of and instaleed the +2 has a cub motor on it.. so wheelies wil be no problem for me!! lol hell it will be fun.
