NEXT are the intake, reeds and carbs.. the intake is a boss racing for 33-35mm carbs.. has a built in crossover also, 60.00.. asking 80.00 on the vforce reeds, and the carbs are 33mm pwk's. they have about 4 rides on them since bought new, they already have the easy springs installed, a stainless braided throttle cable, longer adjusters on the carbs caps, and brass idle screws still new in the package.. i also have some rubber boot adapters i will thow in if you are using a stock airbox, 300.00

here is the start of my part out.. first is a polished 392 cub cylinder.. it is like new with very little time, 68mm bore stock stroke, includes pistons head and dones.. all ready to bolt on and go.. it has 20cc domes setup for pump gas.. 900 plus the ride. will consider a partial trade on a set of stock cylinders on these.

correct.. you will have side to side play, or lets say that the rod will slide back and forth just a little.. but NO up down play.. all 2 stroke cranks have this play in them.. have those juggs checked and bore them if you have to.. it will be cheaper in the long run.. if you run the current piston size and the cylinders are worn, you will have too much clearance .. which can cause a rattl engine, and can cause a piston to bust .. which, could possibly ruin your crank, and cylinders.. so i suggest having them looked at.

i have a MINT freshly powdercoated a arm frame.. it has a new steering stem bearing and seal already installed.. pm me if interested. oh yea, the frame is red

please dont tell me the same guy that ported your cylinders cut this tranny??? i sure hope not.. all the overide drums look a little funky..

OMFG!!! and you paid the guy?? thats the sorst fuck up i have ever seen.. i really can't even beleive it runs at all.. yea, he basically ruined your cylinders for you.. beyond repair.. sorry man, i really hate to be the bearer of bad news..

we shaved one .030" .. it worked fine and brought the compression up a bit

sounds like you need to contact a builder.. its the best way to get the bike setup to perform the way you want..

im gonna throw this out there, and being its tyler i am sure it was his first thought.. did u already change out for a new set of plugs?? besides that.. i would replace the plug caps.. i had the same thing happen to me.. a burnt plug cap causes a weak spark, and at higher rpm's the cylinder pressure increases making it harder for the plug to fire.. try swapping the plug wires and see if the problem follows the cap.

HATER!! lol j/k.. after riding this bike, i can never see myself parting with it.. it was a 4 hour ride one way to get.

i have a set of +2+1 chrome arms.. no heim joints on these.. they have the removable ball joints.. looking for about 225.00 shipped.. i am parting the bike out.

i have a stock stroke 68mm bore cub motor for sale.. the cylinder is professionally polished, has a head with 20cc domes for pump gas, a hot rods welded crank, powdercoated cases, a dunable overide 1-5 N down. a direct drive lockout and cover, a hinson basket, pancake bearing, fzr1000 fibers, case saver, a 3 piece polished stator cover, and the oem stator and flywheel is included.. this motor is like brand new.. after riding it a few times its not the type of motor that i want at all.. asking 2200.00.. a lot of nice stuff with a nice motor for this price.. pictures coming soon.. i also have the carbs intakes and reeds i will sell with the motor if womeone wants..
