  1. if you run pro circuits and 28's you will have no problems
  2. i would think the seal is designedthat way to let the oil make its way into the bearing.. but good eye.. it definately backwards
  3. i put a 2 into 1 pipe on my ladies banshee.. only for 1 reason.. to cut its nutts off so she woulnt hurt herself.. later as she gets better i will put a set of real pipes on it.. .. thats about the onlyuse i found the pipe for.. lol
  4. awesome.. finally got my build going.. should be done pretty soon..
  5. sounds like the slides are in backwards.. if you put the left carb slide in the right carb and the right slide in the left carb, they are backwards.. look at the backside of carb ( closest to air filter) the back of the slide should have an arch at the bottom. if not, they are in backwards
  6. is it gold?? 75? wow.. i have 5 of them.. sittin on a dam goldmine and didnt know it
  7. umm. thinking that pro circuit pipes are the best thing that ever happened.. or thinking that your stuff is always better than everyone elses.. being a faggot internet racer, giving your "professional" advice when you are really a flaming dumbass
  8. pm sent on the cylinders.. mine mine mine. lol
  9. im down to go.. if mine is still part.. i'll ride the ol ladys banshee.. woot woot
  10. beng i have never ran alky.. but i have owned a dunable overide.. the dunable tranny was awesome.. efinately makes u faster.. i woudn't go the alky route unless its a pure drag only bike..
  11. why not a single 35 pwk?? i love mine
  12. well.. not sure about the pro mod.. but i just cut my own tranny.. all i did was remove every other dog and webbing.. so where there were 6 there are 3.. took me a total of an hour and fifteen minutes to do.. the gears aren't as hard to cut as everyone claims.. i didnt use and end mill or anything special.. just the bench grinder, cutoff wheel on an air tool, and some smaller cutoff wheels on my dremel.. cost me 8 bucks if i remember right... and the hour and fifteen minutes includes disassemble, cutting, cleaning, and reassembly.. i took a few pics..
  13. i stand corrected.. sorry.. shouldnt post when im not in my right mind
  14. WOW!!.. that sucks.. i guess it doesn't pay to be first in line?? hate that for ya phelps
  15. that is called hydrographics.. they do streetbike wheels this way.. prolly cost about the same as powdercoating to do.. i suggest you guys google it.. i know because my buddy runs a shop and they have it done all the time.
  16. what oil are you using as a premix?? ratio?? looks like something got in there and did the bouncing dance.. i would go ahead and bore it.. maybe get a cool head to bump up the compression some while u are at it... passion racing did my complete topend for like 250.00 everything i needed from pistons, rings, clips and all that..
  17. X2.. same setup i have and its great in the woods and tight trails.. i am in bardstown,ky which is 45 minutes away from you.. i know exactly what type of riding that u do.. i tried a +4 and hated it.. love my +2
  18. in all honesty, i wouldnt mess with the dc conversion and fan and battery... just get a good aluminum radiator.. make sure its jetted right.. u will never have overheating issues..
  19. i have wonered the same thing.. but if i remember right there is a small hole in that area that will allow it to vent..
  20. well.. here is the front of mine.. all i have for now.. lol
  21. here is a set of cass i did in black.. nothing fancy on the color.. but i like it a lot for some reason..
  22. i have always ran 50:1 premix.. never a problem in 13 years..
  23. correct.. i always try to keep my hopper around half full.. lets u fog the powder on instead of having to blow it out of the gun.. i have found that small areas with turns and what not tend to like a lower kv setting.. i have played with resistors on my ground clip before. word to the wise.. be careful with doing parts that have been previously soaked or in contact with lots of oil.. especially aluminum.. after its sandblasted and wiped down u may think its clean.. but its not.. its a good idea to bake the bare part in the oven after its cleaned to get any oil residue out of the porous metal.. i not u will end up with a shitty looking job.. ask me how i know!! loll.. and its a bitch stripping powder off of parts..
