    I would rather have a 1 piece design and remove the wheel to install. From there on out the only time needed fr removal would be a sprocket change, which requires removing the wheel anyway.. 1 piece much stronger.

    Looks like you have octane requirements covered by a long shot.. That is melted aluminum spatter on the base of the plug.. Lean? Airleak?

    I had one that would not break loose.. Had to trash the frame.. Make sure to anti-seize when putting it back together..

    I have all of the mods you listed plus im using the shift pro detent arm with a spring from FAST, and a pancake bearing.. Shifts like butter.

    I cut all except 1st. Once you get into it you will see that first doesnt have the option to be cut.

    I have had many pipes on my bike. I mainly blaze around trails and woods ride.. T5's being my favorite.
