  1. Epic hysterical laughter! Classic.
  2. LOL No.......I bring spare sets of wheel/tires. LOL I've taco'd rims and busted beads in the past. Much easier to just swap them out and do the repairs at home. ....and a Dewalt 18v impact comes with too....but I was just listing stuff that fits in the "Toolbox". LOL
  3. I was going off of previous posts where the same question was asked about anodizing cylinders. Many tried it and they just come out black. I did full polish with clear ceramic coat and they lasted forever. I always dreamt of polished and gold plated....but gold shot thru the roof.
  4. I can sympathise. I got fucked for a few years too. Then I sold my Cheetah. LOL
  5. JT1 is not backpedaling. He likes simple. He likes the hose mounted billet gauge. Apparently having a small wire the runs to a 1"x2" display mounted for easy monitoring is ridiculously excessive.
  6. You can't anodized cast aluminum.
  7. Kill all the kids you want. That's one way to end poverty..... But a heavily ported Serval or Cub won't require excessive human sacrifice to be right the way a Cheetah will. When you're done with your planned genocide, please make sure to post up the dyno curves from your blood build.
  8. Finally someone with the patients to get it right before they try to go for a rip wide open throttle straight into a burndown. Congrats on the trade and good luck.
  9. I don't give a crap any more. CAM comes in on every post and talks them up. His is the ONLY cheetah that I can think of that is running powervalves and is known to be fast. Everybody says "If they are set up right....blah blah blah" 99% of the people who say that have no idea how and just assume a top builder would know. Powervalves are an amazing thing. They were developed to lessen the pipe hit on a MX motorcycle by blocking the exhaust to soften the hit of the pipe so a motorcycle would not blow off the rear tires coming out of the corner. 20 years later the world is now convinced they add power. Funny.....10millmike doesn't run them in his drag bike..... But lets hear all about how great they are when you get on and off the gas.......because you can't show test results for that. Somebody wants a cheetah?.... Fine. I had a 472 and a 492 and did almost as much changing and testing as Mailman did with his 492. He and I both ran away from that Cheetah platform and are never going back. Somebody wants to drink the Cheetah kool-aid?.....drink up. There are plenty of warning posts by me if they are willing to do some research. If not........ignorance is bliss.
  10. Frank, we are riding Sunday till you decide to pack up and head home. We are staying Sunday night and going home Monday.
  11. 19mm is the right one.
  12. I did. Nothing there. Nudie pics of sister went to some other lucky person.
  13. So we have a group going up that weekend. Anyone else thinking of getting in a ride? Summers ending…kids are getting ready to go back to school. Don't let a dunes trip pass you by.
  14. SPRINKLERMAN'S IDEAL THERMOSTAT No wires, no sending units, no cheap digital stats to mount to his quad.
  15. What the heck are you talking about?
  16. Ski tracks is a cool app Tracks everything and can play it back .
  17. Duh....send them in a reply to the emails I sent yesterday. (You're really not doing very good with this 21st century technology are you?)
  18. That's the ONLY help I can't offer. LOL (They know.....they get it.)
  19. However....if your sister or girlfriend or a naughty girl who wants to prick tease the U.S.A.were to be topless in the background......I coukd easily say " take a better picture of the part under her left boob. See naked chicks even make ATV repair an easily translatable language.
  20. I thought I made that clear already. Sister pics. (What does her having a man have to do eith anything? ) I'm not booty calling around the globe. But finding out if tits hang better in the southern hemisphere might be intriguing. Take detailed pictures of your box of Banshee. I'd tell you what parts I want pics of......but that would be as helpful as saying "describe an appendix. "
  21. Well I'm OCD about testing, monitoring and knowing. After all....on a bike with a carb... YOU are the ECM/Fuel Programmer that makes the tuning decisions. We hot lap bikes as much as we can. Seeing the temps drop in real time on my return trip to the starting line lets me learn in realtime if 1/4 throttle snd putting along works better than 1/3 throttle and more speed for more airflow. Also, on a gas motor 5 more degrees of heat soak in the motor can make a difference In finishline performance. If I can keep water temps under 180.....I can keep dragging without performance dropping. Anything above 180 and I might as well park it.
  22. My toolbox exactly. With 3 spare brand new flywheel keys still Iin Yamaha bags, 2 spare plugs, all my spare jets, 2 extra master links (1 X-ring style 1 non O-ring style) and a sharp pocket knife. There is a whole rubbermaid container of larger support items that geos with as well.
  23. ^^^This. Sisters, girlfriends, ex-girlfriends, neighbor girls, wives..... All very valuable in keeping people's interest in assisting. LOL
  24. ^^^ just trolling. My TTO reads the same as the stat on my shop wall. The machine temp matches the room temp eventually. So when I see my water temp matching room temp......I'm sure a gauge that is accurate to within one degree and agrees with the stat on the wall is accurate enough to monitor water temps. Much better to see 197 than bend over and see a needle kinda near 200....depending on the angle. Also better to get quick feedback rather than wait for heat to soak into a spring.....have it grow and unwind and move a pointer.
