  1. NYUK.... I am looking for billet waterpump cover, stator cover, resevoir coers, and a case saver.
  2. Bump... Also looking for a nice case saver. Someones gotta have some stuff lying around, either from a partout or whatever...
  3. Yea, you don't want the hiplois gear oil... you want the motorcycle/2 stroke transmission oil. Both have gearsaver on the bottole. I run 85 wt... takes longer to break down to a lighter fluid in hot weather (like I ride in)...
  4. Looking for billet waterpump cover, billet stator cover, resevoir covers, etc. Let me know what you guys got. Gotta make this bike look good!
  5. Bnahsee cylinders are severely restricted with castingflaws, sairflow, etc. Open that sonna bitch up by a good porter (HJR, FAST, WIldcard, etc.) and you got a force to reckon with. Big bore kits put a dent in your wallet with not much gain...
  6. Belray GearSaver
  7. Do you still have the brake rotor?
  8. Looking for a billet waterpump cover. No scratches or rough shapers
  9. I am looking for an intake bolt for a 33-36mm boss intake. Not the bolt that goes into the intake and into the cylinder, but the ones in the middle that clamp the two piecves together. They are shorter. There are 2 on each side, total of 4... Ionly need one. Somehow, even with loctite, I rattled one loose...
  10. That's it in a nutshell
  11. That is great news... The chain style looks very silar to the 520's and such, just the "o-rings" are different of course, and that clip looked goofy compared to most clips. Josh, how you doing man? Been awhile since I talked to you! Hope the bike and the RC fun is still entertaining you!
  12. I snapped the masterlink "clip" that seals the chain masterlink from coming off.... can I use a regular clip for this clain or do aI have to get a special one?
  13. I have 158 mains and 48 pilots in my cub, with CEL on 3rd clip and the airscrew 2 turns out. I have seen them as low as 148 mains and 45 pilots to as high as 165 mains and 50 pilots. Every bike will be different, and I found it is best to start with one circuit and work from there. I start with the pilot and airscrew, get it snappy off of idle. And of course before that, get the idle good. Might even have to change the idle after you play with pilots and airscrews. Then Take it for a ride and play with the needle if need be, then the mains last. Plug chops are not a bad idea for a beginner with a new motor that they don't know what it is supposed to do...
  14. pabansheematt has 170 PSI on each side of his 492 PV cheetah and is running pump 93 for 3 years
  15. I will keep buying the race gas if need be, I just get mad at times, especially the day I buy the stuff (today). I am too afraid to run av gas through this motor...
  16. Compression on the cub is at 160-170 PSI (I tested on 3 different testers, every one is different). Got 155 on mine, which the threads are not quite as long as the spark plug threads. Got 160 on one that is slightly longer, but not as long as the threads on the spark plug. And got 165 on one that is about right in terms of length of threads. Wondering if I can safely run pump gas... been mixing half and ha;f but that is really getting old, and expensive. Just bought another 5 gallon of 114 today, and mixed it half and half with 93. So I got 10 gallon, and that should last me a few weeks. Running my timing on +4 right now, thinking of trying +6 as I didn't play with the timing yet. Really haven't put too much time on it. 20 gallon so far in 2 months, which isn't alot considering how much I used to ride. Just wondering what you guys thought about that compression, and the octane this motor requires. I can't find race fuel any cheaper than $9 a gallon, so it's really getting to me... Wondering if it would be safe to go with 93 pump... and if it would be safe to do so if I planned to go with +6 timing. Kevin Herr, the builder of this beast, says to go half and half like I am, to be safe. He also says it most likely could run on just pump alone. But to be safe, mix. Just looking for others advice, ones who ran cubs and such before... Mods are in the signature... and I am running 158 mains, 50 pilots, CEL on 3rd clip with air screw 2 turns out. It is spot on with the 50/50 mix of gas, with Klotz at 36:1
  17. You won't notice much difference... alot safer if you do because of the screws. They will back out sooner or later, trust me. Go with the 3's ASAP.
  18. Cylinders and PWK's sold...
  19. The carbs are like brand new... they have tops, and have the extenders that FAST sells to make the slides go up all the way. I would keep them for my bike but I got a set of 35's I am putting on here shortly...
  20. I have the following... Stock jugs/cylinders- Taken off a parts bike, they are on stock bore, no porting. Have no scarring and they look great. Asking $125 + shipping. 35 mm PWK carbs- Clean, look great. Currently have 150 mains and 45 pilots in them. Taken off another bike. Asking $175 + shipping Stock Clutch Cover- Looks great, no scratches, works perfectly- Asking $25 shipped Stock fuel Petcock/valve- Perfect, nothing wrong- asking 20 shipped Stock Footpegs- Nothing wrong with them at all, look great- $25 shipped All prices are including offers, so shoot me an offer and I'll strongly consider.
  21. I got one... let me know if your interested.
  22. Great buyer... very honest and a great guy to deal with
  23. 50 50 mix would be a good fuel for that...
  24. Pull the intakes... it's your reed on the side it's not running.
  25. I need an intake clamp, one for the 33-36mm boss racing style intakes. The silver ones that are screw style clamps... auto parts stores only sell the fat ones...
