Sucks braking it in and not hitting a band for a while doesn't it? I just got my 4 mil done about 3 weeks ago and it is awesome I like the difference in sound I got out of mine too.

Just got off the phone with the owner and he said that there is only LIKE 5 of these frames built to accept the cr500 motor.

Well my buddy built this thing a few years ago and now he doesn't ride it. He estimated 15k into this quad and he is wanting to sell it. He didn't mess around when he built this and all NEW parts went onto this thing except a radiator which was used. This thing is on its 3rd yes THIRD tank of gas and will seriously rip shit up. list of mods on it and a few pictures. SERIOUS people let me know I have about 10-15 other pictures I can send you. Ya including punching a guy in the back and then throwing him to the ground from his knees even when the play is 20 yards down the field and then make sure he doesn't get back up. I dont run the fmf's I run pro circuits I got the fmf's sitting in the basement.

razr2's they are very nice and sling shit like crazy but they are heavy. I dont run the white just primered them so I could pain them. They are only on the bike because I baked them on from the heat form the motor and then after so long I ran it for like 10 mins down the road.

Now you've seen white...it is just a primer but I sandblasted them and primered them same day just have never painted yet.

I don't know about internal but external it looks like your motor is held in with a few paper clips make sure your motor mount bolts are tight. When I hear the sound it looks like something black is rattling against something. The piece I'm talking about is right behind your kickstarter. Maybe I'm totally off but just throwing shit at you to check. :shrug:

Mine didn't really get roughed up at all that I can remember. The paint stuck to it really good. I think the golden rule is to have it a lil roughed up for the paint to hold to it better.... I think :shrug:

Bought the chariot timing plate what should I set it at? Currently putting in a 4 mil. woods port It's getting bored 60 over pro circuits cool head with custom I think 22's maybe 21 domes. 2 into 1 trinity 35 carb with k & n no box. 886 above sea level. Not sure what info you needed but thats all I could think of that would help. :shrug: Also only 1 person has told me the 35 won't be able to handle the 4 mil by its self. Do I buy another 35? or go with 2 other smaller ones? The bike should be put back together in about 2-3 weeks.

Well I got some 320 and 600 out in the garage. I can't remember what one I used but the 600 doesn't seem like it would do the trick. Get some 320 of the wet sand stuff if it doesn't seem like it would work for what you need get a smaller size. But I'm sure I used 320.

Yep get ya a nice all black gripper seat they look sweet. I got one on mine and its very nice.

Its good man. It WILL scratch if your trail riding you can't avoid it happening it just does. But it takes a good size branch or a deep thorn to get into it. It will hold up to power washing at least mine does. If you power wash a scratched part you'll peel some of it off. And if you spill gas on it plan on re painting the gas will eat it up no problems. I carry a good sized funnel so this never happens.

I painted mine with krylon. Just pulled plastics all off wet sanded it with warm soapy water to smooth some deep scratches and to rough up some parts and then went to town. It comes out awesome and when it does scratch its easy to fix. When I get some money I'm getting fullbores. All my money is currently wrapped into the 4mil should be done soon. I didn't put like a clear coat/matte finish on it either maybe next time I paint it I'll put some matte finish I got in the garage on it. Before After

I had ff they came with the shee when I bought it. Went to hatfield and the heim dropped out and my a-arm was sitting on the ground.... sucked. Brought it home fixed it took it down the road and it dropped out again had to buy a new heim since then I didn't trust it so I got some new ones. I don't know how strong the ball joints are for the ff's now. Good Luck. If you search there will be a shit load of ff threads.
