  1. Installed mine today but the bolts that hold the caliper on hit the rotor. Are the Gafer rotors thicker? I guess now i have to get shorter bolts for the caliper. I'm talking about my roundhouse carrier too.
  2. You must be talking about the rear brake caliper on the banshee, there not PCed there anodized which are alot harder to strip
  3. You think a stock banshee scoots? Just wait til you do bods you will never stop.
  4. UPS and FedEx aren't worth a fuck, UPS managed to break my cases and bend a head stud bolt on my cases. I'm pissed now there holding up the build from Jeff cause they had to take the package to there so called inspection department to make a decision wether or not i get my insurance money or not. I'm royaly pissed.
  5. Toluene ain't worth a fuck with the paint on them things. I've tried it...lol I had to bring it to my local chrome shop and have them do reverse electrolisis on it for 10 bucks, got rid of everything.
  6. Looks good but could be better. I usually send my stuff to Kiel but he didn't want to do my cases. Once you smooth everything out to the bare alluminum then the fun begins. Take my cases for example it just takes time and alot of patience.

  8. Pics will be on the way i'm sure...lol Naw i think dave knows his shit i'm anxious to see his response from the two clutches.
  9. Every frame i have delt with or seen has that steering problem. The bad thing is if you ever take the steering assembly off the frame where it meets the stem you better have the Yamaha tool to take that lock washer off. Well not a actual lock washer it's like a bolt but good luck getting it out
  10. Where did you get your hideakey? JasonBanshee on here has em' cheap did you get one from him? Most hide a keys are simple just remove the key settup on the handlebars and run the wires where you are hiding it at.

  13. You can get the porting, coolhead, carbs, and timing plate from Jeff at F.A.S.T. You can find a good set of pod filters on here as well if you keep an eye out. If you want the Toomeys new order them from rmatv.com or again find ya a used set on here from someone. I think i seen some on here the other day. If it was me that's what i would do but everybody has there ways of getting things.
  14. Your the first person i've seen on here that does freestyle tricks on a banshee other than that D Bag that said he was gonna do a back flip and only talked about it for over a year.

  17. Pipes and re-jetted Ditch the stock airbox cover and get some K&N Pods Port Job Cool Head v force 3 reeds oops didn't see you post that other thread, my bad
  18. Did you try a small pair of vice grips that could fit in the wheel well and just try to get them started atleast. That's the only thing i can think of unless you get a dremel and straighten the corners out but would take you some time.
  19. Looking for a nice stator cover plain w/ no flames cut out by sprocket area.
  20. Let me know how you like that clutch settup it don't look like a big change but ya never know
  21. Damn Dave yeah i think it's about time. You sure know how to get your moneys worth out of something...lol Kinda dissapointed that you drink Bud Light but maybe when we hang out one day i'll switch ya to the good beer...lol Yeah for those who are changing out baskets and clutches be careful with that washer he's talking about. It's a sneaky bitch it always falls down and then you can't see it(which is No Bueno). Just make sure you get it back in place! If it's your first time get a manuel and go over the steps. It's just one of those things you don't think about cause you don't see it. Dave you going back with another F.A.S.T. Clutch settup?
