  1. you still interested in trading for a stock one? i have a nice clean one.
  2. a NA 800cc banshee would be insane.
  3. very cool. nice to see you stuck with it even with all the armchair mechanics saying it wouldnt work. definately want to see pictures.
  4. i would give him $2500 for it then cut the rear fenders off right there in front of him.
  5. i had the same thought. stealthy looking and no stupid orings!
  6. this is true but its better than the no HP i am making now!
  7. i would be happy with 50hp hp.
  8. what is your budget?
  9. you would probably be happier with a set of stock or maybe 28mm carbs. ive seen alot of stock carb bikes run very hard. my bike came with 28mm carbs when i bought it and running against bikes with similar mods i dont feel they give me much of an advantage other than they are easier to rejet.
  10. ordered some too! they still had a couple.
  11. everything if he is under the idea that it requires bigger carbs.
  12. hahaha this aint no shit. other mods the same, a t5 pipe bike will rape a trinity piped bike.
  13. all of them suck when the orings go.
  14. yea that sand is stupid soft. we tried to use a craptor. didnt make it more than a foot
  15. worst part was figuring out how the hell we were gonna get it off the dunes. luckily some kids from kansas were out on the sand with a chevy truck!
  16. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=129582&view=&hl=%22modquad%20head%20leak%22&fromsearch=1
  17. helps keep you from shifting constantly. it loaded the motor more to keep it from spinning the tires as easy, stil stay enough to break them loose if needed. to each their own i guess though.
  18. over-boring an engine during rebuilds is not considered a modification.
  19. i would forget about the longer swing arm and learn to ride it again. a 13t front sprocket sucks too. i run a 15t and really like it. keep the stock carbs unless you really feel like spending money. keep it simple and it will stay fun and reliable.
  20. just make sure when you cut the puller down (if you have too. mine was realy long and the bolt wouldnt reach) that its square. i used a 15/32 bit to drill the hole in the center out too. they way everything was centered.
  21. sounds like you are in the same boat as me. ive probably tried half a dozen different pullers only to have them strip out or break. you have access to a welder? i cut my puller down and drilled out the center to allow a grade 8 7/16 bolt to pass though and then welded a nut on top where i cut it shorter. i threw a little antisieze on both threads and screwed it snug into the flywheel and hit the grade 8 bolt with a impact and it popped right off. my crank had also gotten rusty.
  22. there a thread on that? i did a quick search under his name and didnt see much other than he kinda looks like a clown.
  23. bigger carbs dont make more power unless you have the engine to use them.
  24. i dont run a front bumper and have a six pack rack to carry extra fuel.
