sounds like you are in the same boat as me. ive probably tried half a dozen different pullers only to have them strip out or break.
you have access to a welder?
i cut my puller down and drilled out the center to allow a grade 8 7/16 bolt to pass though and then welded a nut on top where i cut it shorter. i threw a little antisieze on both threads and screwed it snug into the flywheel and hit the grade 8 bolt with a impact and it popped right off. my crank had also gotten rusty.
