common sense goes a long way if you have a pretty stock bike and you are just trail riding around, you shouldnt be overheating it, it would be pretty hard to do just dont stay in one place spinning your tires all day i guess... the faster you go, the better the radiator works

by those numbers written at the end of each mod, i am guessing you are going by the jetting FAQ page recommendations for how many sizes to increase the main for each mod? ..many people including myself have found that FAQ jetting page to be nothing but a shot in the dark, +4-5 sizes for adding a k&n? lol all i can do is guess ,. but 340 is gona be HUGE for you, even if youre at sea level, i would start around 300, with a stock pilot and play with the needle

then sell it and buy a fuel injected 4 stroke - they are much cheaper to repair and upkeep

well im the 8th poster in this thread, cam thinks 7 of us in here are morons that cant adjust our chains , and one of us almost knows how.. on the other hand, cam is also a member of bansheehq, and as part of this thread, he would make it 9 posters, so technically, figuring in his claim of 90%, that means he fully does not understand how to adjust his chain either, so maybe thats why he is here ?

yep! and snap! my buddies balljoint on his burgards snapped in some whoops..the threaded part that goes into the arms isnt very thick at all, but the scary party was the inside of the metal after it snapped and u could see the center of the inside, im no metals expert but where it snapped there looked to be air pockets or bubbles inside the metal(dont know how else to describe it) , it wasnt solid, very cheap and scary looking on the inside where it broke open. and of course, now his spindles are reamed, and thats all he can run, unless he buys new spindles, brilliant, right

yesir - no reaming for armadillos, if you gotta ream, they aint armadillos i would buy a set that doesnt require reaming, or boring out and retapping the a-arms themselves, there are so many brands that just BOLT right up, with no mods

sweet truck , the rims are nice , but i dont think they fit the truck, i like black rims on white trucks, but in my opinion they are too large and the tires are too small for a nice 1/2 ton, i would opt for some smaller black rims maybe 18's, with some knobby meats on them, either way, awesome truck

the first few years of production they were geared 13-42, then switched to 14-41 so you had 13 tooth , stock, and now you are switching to a 14 tooth? or did you say it backwards? a piped banshee will pull a 14 tooth fine, it wont be as peppy as a 13, each gear will be a bit "longer" and you might find your jetting is off and has trouble pulling 6th gear personally i use 13-41 for woods riding and hills, im rarely in 6th gear and like the extra torque, dont really mind a bit more shifting

i very very rarely see a 250r, and unfortunately when i do, they usually look and sound like shit, its a shame on the other hand, i see as many, or more banshees than anything, big mix of raptor 660/700 and 450's, but compared to one other single quad, like a yfz, or a raptor in particular, i still think i see more banshees than any 1 particular 4 stroke,with raptor 700's and yfz 450's coming in a close 2nd, but overall, of course more 4 strokes than banshees or any 2 stroke quad. thats having not been sold new for a couple years now
