  1. umm no, i would love to hear the explanation on this it makes me lol
  2. i have 34 lectrons with PJs running sea level on a 4mil dune port motor. They are not HV I got them straight from packard and he put 5-2xl needles in them. I only ran them for 1 trip and they were pretty close but maybe needed a 5-3 needle. I had to run the needle out a bit to get the idle cleaned up then it seemed to be a little lean in the middle right before the PJs came on. I was going to order some to try however am making changes to the motor, so i will go with what i have and start the tuning process over and see where i land.
  3. Yeah they got crazy rules out here like you need registration, no drinking and driving etc etc.
  4. 5. i picked up a garming oregon 450T a while back. it has the topographical maps preloaded, dont remember exactly how much but i think it was about 250. If you want to save some bucks i heard that the garmin Etrex line is great. My buddy is going with the etrex20
  6. fuck that new trail tech unit, i considered one for my yfz, but after my experience with the vapor i said hell no. go buy yourself a garmin GPS and a ram mount, and you will now have speedo, mapping and altitude covered, then get yourself a cheap inline temp gauge. Easy reliable. Not to mention if your shit box bike breaks and leaves you stranded you can grab the garmin out of the mount and walk your ass out.
  7. 1 nine volt battery will work fine to power it. As far as the tach goes good luck, i tried everything trailtech recomended and could never get it close to accurate.. the mounting bracket they provide to put it on the bars lasted 1/2 a trip till vibration killed it. Bottom line its really kind of a piece of junk, good luck
  8. I think i ruined my box tonight. Well i tried anyway, she did have kind of a limp.
  9. stupid fast is ok, but around here we prefer "DEADLY FAST"
  10. Ehhh he'll get over it and be up and running in no time. He's just mad cause the paternity test showed his kid is mine.
  11. Way to go assholes. Dont let them in on the truth, we dont want all these BHQ 3rd rate hacks invading our riding space
  12. entire west coast is full of fags
  13. unfortunately this is not the area to try and save money. The dome can be everything, like said contact brandon at wildcard, or jeff at fast or cam at redline they can all hook you up
  14. hmmm 150 psi? you sure your gauge is accurate. mine kicks 180 on a snap on guage
  15. detonation. im not sure of your elevation but at sea level with 20cc domes on a 4mil i run 110 octane
  16. If it was it would be worth a hell of a lot more than any 421. You havent been able to legally buy any full auto since 1986, so the ones that are out there from before that are worth 10s of thousands of dollars and months of paperwork.
  17. best we get around here is 91
  18. another bump lol
  19. i believe wiseco recomends .004" ring end gap for every 1" diameter of bore. in other words a 3 inch bore piston would be .012" The larger diameter the piston the more the ring will grow when heated. FWIW all the wisecos i have used seem to come out of the box with about .012 to 0.013" Not saying they are all right there but thats what ive seen.
  20. Poor cattledog, with one fell swoop of your mighty keyboard he ran off to never be seen again. Maybe you have just softened up, time to step your game of hateraide back up to level 11.
  21. I have used this stuff http://www.moroso.com/catalog/categorydisplay.asp?catcode=22001 I have also used devcon
  22. thread mining FTW. and in short, not much has changed. LOL
  23. 6 psi and let it sit for 6 minutes. It should lose no more than 1psi per minute, ideally none.
  24. Just some dude from southern california. Pretty sure he is a gay pornstar by day and dabbles in shocks at night. Well I should say he ships shocks out to GT thunder to get them rebuilt and tells people he did it anyway.
