Yup, 2 vision x light cannons and 2 vision x solstice lights on the bars. 70W worth of led lights works out to something like 9-12k worth of lumens, depending on how you want to measure. I like to ride at night and see where I'm going.

Why would you ever want to go back to stock? Make a lighting upgrade count!

Whos selling the power valve cub cylinders
Whitbread replied to junkyarddog's topic in Product Reviews
I would have loved to buy that 468 t Rex setup that's in the classifieds and built another. Like cam said, it took a bit of work, but my dinosaur 421 Rex also seems to run pretty damn good now that I have a real set of real pipes on it. I'm used to porting car heads, so to me the port work was minimal effort in comparison to a 16v head. I'll know much more once I toss a wide band and on and go for a tuning session. Going to change from alpha n tuning to Itb mode which is speed density down low and alpha n up top. Should cure the couple funny transition areas I'm not 100% happy with. My valve open timing is 203-204° exhaust and 134-135° intake. Valve down its 195-196°. -
Freehand with a 3/8" air drill and a sharp 1/8" bit takes about 4 seconds to punch through....

Anyone make a pipe that looks like PT mid/ hi Rev?
Whitbread replied to guns4children's topic in General Banshee Discussion
For one meeeeeeeellion dollars I'll be happy to whip up a set for anyone . With the whole moving/building a shop crap, it's going to be a year or two before I get on solid works, design a corkscrew pipe, have all the pieces laser cut, and then weld it all together. Tricked's old leg burners will suffice until then. -

Yup, that's just a base model turd, no balls. I put a hitch on my 335d so I don't have to put shit on the roof lmao.

Previous sponsors out of business?
Whitbread replied to tdod101's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Tony at TDR is alive and well, have you tried calling the shop during normal business hours? He went above and beyond helping with my t-rex build on some goofy parts. -
Man, people really are getting butt hurt around here way too easily these days. Random thought, has anyone ever tried running with a pancake and no ball? That would let you run a solid ti push rod right up to the end of the pancake. Wouldn't last in a trail bike for sure, but it might get that last 20 grams off the trailer queen drag bike and last a day's worth of passes. With lightened hubs, a billet gas cap, the ceramic rear bearings, and making sure to take a dump before your run, you might just go plaid with that setup.

FMF/Trex top end 68mm stock stroke
Whitbread replied to hp2000's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Sure, now you bring this out of hibernation... I can't wait to get my 421trex back out on the trails with the new pipes and get it tuned in. Snow is almost gone.... -
I had no problems doing business with Evan at racetech at all. Even tested my flywheel and shipped it back for free. Turned out that in the end I needed more than his 200W unit would supply, but that wasn't his fault at all. That's where the ol ball licker special from sheerider1026 came in and saved the day.

Fat 1 1/8'' bars or standard 7/8''?
Whitbread replied to PaymentPlan's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
I didn't hate mine at first, but they did feel a bit odd. After riding with them for a year, they are one of my favorite mods. I did 430 miles in 3 1/2 days across the UP of Michigan (very rocky) with zero arm fatigue. Just everything else hurt LOL. -
Once I get it tuned in this spring on the trails up here, I'll have to get it on driveline's dyno and see where it stands.
-
My tuning progress got halted by the white stuff and moving, but I love my pv'ed trex motor. The valves give me a 196 to a 204 exhaust duration window. Can't wait to see how it will run switching from PT's to rockets this spring.

I along with many here run the one from driveline. Works fantastic and keeps the sleeper appearance!

Yes, other buyer backed out as I haven't gotten a response in almost a week. -
My best friends dad lost his right arm in an accident when he was 17. Been driving a stick shift vehicle ever since and is a very successful finish carpenter. Put your mind to it and keep riding!

Swapping over to a sprung hinson for insurance so I don't need this setup anymore. I upgraded the Barnett basket/retaining plate to use M8 bolts instead of the 1/4-20's that were in there as the heads stripped out on me once. Cushions have about 30 hours on them. Factory gears and pressure plate are in good shape. Stainless wear plates on the basket have very light grooving and can be replaced easily if desired. $150 shipped for everything. Also have a hinson billet pressure plate in perfect condition with light marks on the top from a direct drive style lockout. Purely cosmetic. $95 shipped or $220 shipped for basket, drive gears, and both pressure plates.

You'll have enough. This is what 70W of vision x led's looks like.

Except for the fact everything is together and works very well right now with the dual tb's. I don't think the 20+ hour time and $$ investment would be worth it at this point.
