i have a 02 shee with a fresh top end PT's and just finished up the RZshee with a fresh top end PT's and all i have to say is i no longer think stock to stock a shee could hang. it feels like the shee is just a toy now after i get on it from the RZshee. only diff between as far as mods are the front sprocket where the shee is at a 13 and the RZshee is on a 12 and cant realy tell the diff in the lower end but the RZshee pulls away in the top side of things. im 245lbs and the RZshee pulls me up in 4th where the shee just makes me hold on. the PT pipes are a real draw back for that motor and would highly advise on going with a better exhaust if your going to do this conversion, they just cant flow with the motor in the top end, i went with spek2 flanges and everything lined rite up. the wireing wasnt so bad, i ended up starting from scratch with it and had it rite the first go around, thanks to the guys on the forum that helped me threw this, i just have to go bck threw it and figure out a way to get the shee kill switch running rite but the key does the trick for now.

well its like the title states, let me know if you have them, the PT are not letting the RZ breath up top...

are they still around? if so im still interested in getting the exhaust, please pm me.

i mite have a set but if i dont get them ill just try n fab something up. im realy getting tired of looking at this bike n not being able to do anything with it.

im looking for rz extensions to hook up banshee exhaust to this motor. do you have these or could track these on for me?

no i ended up picking up another o3 and that kinda help me off from completing this thing. i have a few more parts to coat and the suspension will be ready to get back on the frame. but im still having trouble on finding these flanges . you guys are saying go to the exhaust shop but the flanges they have dont have the groove for the gaskets needed.

Asking $550 ONO for RZ350 barrels on stock, totally original bore. Asking $450 ONO for +0.25mm RZ350 barrels, and $350 ONO for a +0.40mm pair of barrels. $300 ONO for a pair of RZ350 barrels on +0.75mm bore. whats ONO? and would you have a set of exhaust?

ok its been almost a year is there any update to this at all. my RZSHEE is ready for some worth wild pipes.

sounds like u have it all under controle but we cover out intakes with a stocking and it seemed to take care of the dirt entering the airbox and doesnt hurt the performance of the motors. we rap them up over the boots at the carbs so theres no leaks and everything out side the carb is covered.
