the kickers on these motors get loose realy quick, and i wouldnt bet that it doesnt. i seen a guy had plased a small tack weld in there and it soaked up the slack but how long could it last. . any way good luck with your sales..

take them to a detailer and have them buff them up. it wont get rid of the thick scratches but the shine will be there for a few weeks. i took a set of white plastics in and they went in brown-staind and i got them back looking new as far as color and shine would go.

not that i know of, i havent had to get in there yet. im going to order a pingel petcock and a tusk gas cap before i get back out on it just incase the stock filter is a bit cloged.

i finally put everything back together and its running nicely with the stock reeds and PT exhaust.i put the rockets and V'3 in the mix and its boging out in 5th-6th gear around 3/4 to full throttle. the jets that are in my carbs have 150 50 on the middle clip and it was a reccomended baseline of 152 58 buy CPW from my search on here.im running 32:1 K&N with a custom air box about 200FT sea level. would the 152 58 bo good for my setup or something different?

isnt the banshee and RZ different when it comes to the flywheel?

what one did you go with from ebay. i used a modquad carrier before and had no problems with it at all. is there anyway you can drill out the hole the get the bolt threw? but then again 50mm is a good off set to try and massage to work for ya.

not to jack this thred but i have had a chance to take both the bikes out together. first is a 02 same bolt on's as my RZ besides carbs, i ran 5 of them 450's a yfz, Z450 2 hondas and a kawi. the o2 came up about a bike short of them all off the line with a 2nd gear start and i couldnt pull any of them in i go to the trailer and get the RZshee now we all lined up again with a 3rd gear start and the story takes a change. the power the rz has it out in front of all besides the kawi and and they couldnt pull me in. the kawi we stayed together all the way down and every race before i got into it the kawi took first with them all. im running 30mm carbs and in 5th there drying up, the track isnt long enouph to get into 6th but i would think the rz would pull from them all up there if we had the room. i didnt change the trans in the rz and went with a 12/41 gearing the o2 has 13/41 RZ has 30mm carbs with K&N the o2 stock jetting with K&N RZ stock bore the o2 is 20 over both are on PT mids and were running on a sand/dirt mix 32-1 on benol / 93octain and im 240lbs next time im going out there one of the guys is bring a 410 banshee to see where the RZs at with it but i will have rockets, reeds, and duel pingal on there buy then. will take the camra also BennBB thanks for all your help getting it here.
