  1. Cpis went on like a dream! Easiest pipes I've ever put on. I don't know if they did some retooling or what because all you read about on here is how shitty they fit. Anyway warmed it up real good and took it down the road def rich right now but came back to an empty radiator and a crankcase spewing milk. Spoke to cam because i was worried about overheating the rad wasn't even hot sucked it clean. It didn't run too long though maybe 5 min warmup and a short shot up the road and back maybe a little past half throttle at most. He said he wouldn't worry about it so I'm not and he threw me a couple of water pump seals for free. Great dude!!
  2. I know I don't know what's going on. I dont plan to break up just going to leave them for sale I already got the cpis.
  3. Need the cash to fund the cpis I just bought. Really want to sell as a whole, what are you offering
  4. Cpis just got here gotta run and get o rings today because I forgot them in ny maybe I'll actually get this thing started today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Just a heads up for guys not registering bikes!! What happens with atvs/motorcycles is when the bike is not registered for a few years the vin history becomes impossible to look up. It basically becomes a nameless vin making it fair game as long as it is not a stolen bike. How I know this is because I was just in a shitty situation with a yfz450 I was selling on Craigslist and the scaming pos who was trying to buy/steal it was up on his game. He knew about the loophole and looks for bikes with no titles just getting sold with a bill of sale. What he did was had me send him a picture of the vin and a video of the bike running with the vin in the video as well. Now he delayed the meeting a few days and went down to the dmv to fill out an mv51b here in ny. This form is the one you fill out if you don't have proof of title. So here in ny if you register an atv with a title you get a transferable reg, just as good as title and if brought to a state where titles are issued you will receive one. But with the form he filled out you get a non transferable reg meaning you didn't have a title but the vin is not stolen and the history on it has no name so you work your way around that. He filled out a bill of sale probably from Joe Schmo grabbed that mv51b at the dmv had all the pictures of the vin and a video of the bike with vin maybe even owns a stamp kit and stamped the numbers in steel so he could provide a trace on paper as well to show the bike is in his possession. This all went well for him at the dmv and he was able to register my bike!!!! So he sets the meeting up I come there with the bike and two cop cars pull up to me. They tell me they have this piece of shit in the back and he's claiming that my bike is his. I laughed and then they pulled out the reg which was from that day he registered it the day of the meeting this pos. Then I knew shit was not going to go well. Lucky for me I'm a fireman the guy I brought with me was a cop and my brother and I are both combat vets. The cops def gave us courtesy and knew something was up because he has pulled this same thing numerous times and gotten away with a few bikes. Could you imagine getting your bike stolen this way with the cops assisting! Anyway all I had was a bill of sale for 2 years ago (which I didn't have on me)and he had the reg for the bike. The new shakebox Sgt. on scene decided to confiscate the bike even though the patrol cops wanted to let me go. She told me its a civil court issue now because of owner discrepancy and I was ready to lose my mind but kept my cool. Talked the patrol guys after she left and after they told that dirtbag to go home and come to the precinct tomorrow. They assisted me on getting my bike back thank god. They vouchered it in my name and said just come back with the previous bill of sale and I'll be able to get it out and take it home that night. So I ran home made up a bill of sale and was able to get my bike back. They felt horrible because they realized what this pos has been doing. He had no police report on the bike being stolen and I think all the Sgt wanted to see to actually release the bike to him was a bill of sale which is insane. This dick was cool as a fan the whole time too because he had the paperwork. After I got the bike back we called him and had some choice words with him but never told him we got the bike back. His response back was why you mad your bike got housed, you mad your bike got stoled i got me a brand new bike. Ghetto fuckin jerkoff. Turns out though the cops were pretty pissed off about this and when he came to pick his brand new bike up they locked his ghetto ass up for grand larceny, falsifying documents and a few other things. Been in contact with the arresting officers and the Ada sending them all the texts and I'm going to make a request to see exactly how he registered it. Btw the dmv is not on my side as far as the dmv is concerned it is his bike! I was snapping on them asking how they could allow a loophole like that. So I have a bike now that is registered in this dicks name and now because there was a recent registration on the bike it is locked into his name. Moral of the story if you have a bike that hasn't been registered in a few years chances are the vin shows no history and you can probably get it registered in your name with little effort because you can make whoever you want the previous owner. If you still don't care about registering which most ppl don't do not send your vin number to anybody looking to buy it. I'm still in shock of what just went on these last couple of days.
  6. Comes with the silencer mounts as well all brand new Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. 400 shipped brand new I cut the silencers down 3 inches and sealed the end caps the right way. There is two sharpie marks on the pipes that I just didn't get a chance to remove with nail polish remover. Light scratches on the silencers from being handled not a big deal at all it's a brushed finished anyway Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Don't pay attention to the two sharpie marks on the silencers they come right off with nail polish remover just didn't do it yet thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Anybody interested in a brand new set of pro circuit pipes I cut the silencers down 3 inches and sealed them up the right way. Went a diff route and ordered shearers. I will post a pic here and list in the for sale section $400 shipped
  10. Been a long time but I think it was the original modquad before they started putting the holes in em. No complaints on it though other than the side got a little dinged up from the roll blaster pegs I was running.
  11. And I stole the seat design from love2ride06shee. He was cool with it though
  12. Yeah the seat was made for the yellow tank plastic but I decided to go with the bigger tank. We'll see how it looks with the stickers should look decent. If I knew I was getting the tank and cutting the front plastic up I would have made the top yellow section on the seat all black
  13. Tucked away until next time. Wasn't crazy about cutting brand new fenders but the gas tank is a must have some nice anniversary stickers for it and shearers on the way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Time for bed when I jacked the whole thing up they were pretty close within a half inch so I think the toe adjust will straighten it out I don't know wtf was up with it on the garage floor. Plus it doesn't help that I flipped the 4+1 front wheels so I can get the tool on the spindle to adjust the caster it's like every move is exaggerated thanks tho just want to ride the f**k out of this thing once it's done take some stress out of my body through my thumb lol
  15. Yes to all, everything is right but somethings wrong lol can't even laugh about it I'm sick of running into problems
  16. Need some help here I'm out of ideas can somebody chime in with a stock measurement for me to compare thanks
  17. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/187551-axle-offset-to-one-side/#entry1827220
  18. Yeah I have no idea what's going on. All my rim offsets are the same and everything is put together right on top of that everything is new except the frame. I highly doubt the frame is bent because everything lined right up.
  19. As it sits the fronts wider than the rear right now but I used the level so you can see what I'm talking about. The front tires are straight and the level is touching the rear tire completely. You can see the the difference between the two sides by where the level ends up on the front tire. It's a good "1.5. So all four tires are not square somehow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I don't mean that the axle is sticking out further on one side, I know the swingarm is offset in the frame by a "1/2 so to compensate one side of the axle should be sticking out of the carrier a half inch more it essentially equals the offset out. The prob I'm having is when I run a straight edge from the front tires to rear tires my distance between the straight edge is different between both sides by approx. "1.5. So basically it's like the tires aren't square on the bike. I can't believe the factory would but a quad out like that asymmetric frame or not but I don't have a factory bike to measure. Looking for any input right now because I'm stumped. If my rear is perfectly equal which it is because my measurement from center swingarm to out side tire is a half inch difference (factory swingarm offset) then how do I get diff measurements with the straight edge when compared to front tires?
