  1. Hmm... My top end is torn apart also, i noticed last night i had some coolant in the left cylinder. I didnt think anything of it, just going to blow it out.
  2. I am starting back at the gym tmo after college... I used to take no-xplode and used muscle milk post workout. I gained alot of muscle but havent worked out in a good 6 months, i feel like ive lost it all... sucks. But ive got the will power to do it again before summer comes!
  3. Well i wouldnt be suprised if they didnt line up, my ac bumper didnt line up for shit... didnt on my blaster either or the nerfs... I just reemed out the holes a little with a dremel. No big deal.
  4. Exactly what i thought, put my clutch in last night and tightened them to 7.3 ft. lbs. Got the specs from the service manual.

  10. Its mainly for mx riders, shorter swing arm would give you more wieght over the rear wheels and makes it easier to turn. I often used to wonder myself. :thumbsup:
  11. Yea, i got some off with a blade and used the shop vac. I am going to pick up some of that gasket remover stuff tmo i guess and some scotch brights. Ill let yall know how it turns out. :thumbsup:
  12. lol red, your just a big joker today arent you? :yelrotflmao: Is there any solvent i can get to soften the gasket up, its stuck really bad on my cases, i got rags in the hole but kinda scared of getting shit in there... Does everyone have this problem? Im going to try the razor blade, then if it doesnt work ill try the dremel with a soft wire bursh..
  13. Hey guys just tore down my top end to get it bored, the heads were stuck on pretty good.. The gaskets smeemed to just stick on, i thought they would stay one piece, instead it stuck and ripped. Any tips to removing the excess gasket?

  17. Id start at 350 and work down.. Im at 340 with similar mods without porting at sea level.

  20. The stock carbs for a banshee are mikuni yes.... If you hapeen to needs pilot jets, ask for pilot jets for a banshee, because they are machine specific.

  22. He is refering to the rubber boot things that connect you carbs to the engine... Check and see if you have any cracks that would allow air to enter, deff. check around your crossover tube (the tube that goes across the two boots). If there is no leaks you more than likely need to richen your pilot jets in your carb, your best bet would to go up one size on them, which would be a 27.5 if the ones you have are stock. Your local shop should have them.

  24. wow those are some sick ass engines, props guys!! I agree polished caps would top it off... Seems like ive seen them before somewhere, just dont remember where.
