LOL.well lets see wher do i start
1. never i repeat never use starting fluid on a two stoke
2.your jeting has nothing to do with your problem if it ran b 4 with the same jetting and ran for the break in then you might have carb troubles but its not the jet size
3.the .030 over bore size doesnt have much bearing on compression
now what do your plugs look like
did you gap your rings correctly and is your pre mix correct
have you done a compression test,leak down test ,or mabe even a vacum leak check
are your filters clean these all matter look into it a little more and get back with us
