ok i have a 99 banshee the motor go seized on it 2 weeks ago found out that one of the pistons started to melt also the crank and rod bearings went out and got melted together after replacing a crank complete with rods i had a guy bore .30 over and some brand new weiseco pistons with rings put back the motor and started to go thru break in process the motor wouldnt start at all so i sprayed some of the starting fluid into the carbs and it fired right up but dont want to idle you have to keep giving gas all the time so it doesnt die now the carbs i have never touched them and i just pulled them off the motor and let them hang on the clutch cable and after i put the motor back in the frame i connected the carbs back again so i never adjusted anything on them at all no i dont know what the problem is has anyone experienced anything like this? if so how do you fix it? i heard jetting the carbs would help how much does that usually cost? and what is compression should be at that motor with .30 over? any help apriciated thanks
