PRO DESIGN SAYS ANYTHING UNDER 20CC NEED 100+ OCTANE AND ITS SAFE CHOICE TO DO SO PRE DETONATION IN A 2 STROKE IS A VERY BAD THING HOWEVER 20CC WILL BE JUST FINE WITH 92 OCTANE AS TO THE PERFORMANCE HIGHER COMPRESSION IS HARDER ON YOUR BOTTOM END (OF THE ENGINE) BUT WILL NOT HURT YOUR PERFORMANCE AT ALL YOU WILL GAIN POWER AS LONG AS THE FUEL AND TIMING IS SUFFECINT ENOUGH FOR YOUR INCRESS IN CYLINDER PRESSURE

HEY BUDDY JUST PULL THOSE CARBS AND GET TO THAT CROSSOVER HOSE THATS WHERE YOUR LEAK IS YOU MIGHT HAVE TO REPLACE IT IT BUT YOU CANT MISS IT IS A BIG 5/8 HOSE FROM HEAD TO CLUTCH SIDE CASE JUST GET IN THERE AND OFF HERE AND FIX IT...LOL...GOOD LUCK..PS IN THE PIC BELOW YOU CAN SEE THAT DRAIN HOLE IN THE CASE
  19. ITS LEAKING FROM THE HOSE ON THE TOP OF THE CASE FROM THE HEAD TO THE CLUTCH COVER AND RUNNING DOWN THAT LITTLE HOLE IN THE CENTER OF THE CASE THE HOSE RUNS IN BETWEEN YOUR CARBS
  20. nothing dont cut the slide springs most guys use a twist i hate them but thats what most guys do a set of 36 mm mikuni t carbs shouldent be all that bad i got 41s on mine with no prob check your cable routing and pull your cable and actuate it by hand make sure you dont have a stiff cable
  21. all depends on how fast you wanna go and how long you wanna ride it if your lookin for a crazy drag port than those companys you mentioned are very concerivative with there porting and and the power ranges arent half as voilant as a job from a exp. racer and builder whos been grinding on these for years
  22. iv had great luck with non welded stock cranks but welding never hurts them if you ever bump up compression or port the thing concider welding it but until then just enjoy it
