the new lonestar axels have keyways and are gun drill, now and are soppused to be lighter than the jjna axels...if i was to get a new axel it would be one of the new lonestars

i was t\just talking about removing the paint from your spindles and having to re tapped all the little holes ...

i had a 4 mil stock cylinder with makunis and i had 116 all the way with the stock needle[needle that comes with carbs] in the center position with 50 pilots.....bike was running very good.........i was at sealevel

all the makunis i have run have not being set up for a pump.......i just have run them with a return line............no needle or seat changes are really need it.......that of course is jut my experience. also that pingel might not flow enough alky to feed the motor

more like 118..........reg stock needle center clip[needle that comes with carbs when bought new].....55 pilot and i would leave the pump on........that jetting would be for sea level........have fun.......also replace that main hose the one going from the cylinder to the pump those hoses tent to collapse.......one more thing it gets expensive trying to save money..imo

i honestly think a 14 swing arm and 14 paddles and something like 16/41 gearing would be a pretty good start....also i run 3.5 psi on my tires no matter where i run....they hook up great and still give you good topend...best of luck and have a blast.......also if youre going to run that big of a motor on a stock chassy than maybe some 12 paddle haulers would be great.
