    he is right i had an older set of fmf pipes and threw some pink panther in there and they where fine,and it was really cheap,i ran it like that for about a mounth till i got my t5's.

    152 seems kinda small i would start with a 152 but maybe go up 1 or even 2.

    if your gonna replace the water pump impeler and gear u should replace the bearing also.

    clean out the carbs and slap a new set of plugs in it and it will fire right up and be just fine.

    a buddy of mine has a 03 raptor 660 and he wants a shee im in cali we could do a swap and each pay for there own shipping.the bike only has a pipe on it and the motor is stock other then a filter and jetting.

    i has a seto of ss for about 1 season then switched to mohawk's i noticed the mohawk's where quit a bit lighter and i have had them on for almost 3 seasons now and i think they will be good for another 2.

    yep that should pretty much do it.as far as the oil im not sure but i think they have a stamped date but i could be wrong,plus after 7 years i would just buy new.i would change the coolint also 3yrs is a long time.

    if you do the pipes i would do the filters and re jet it and at least run 93 or 91 whatever you have im in cali so we have 91.
