which i do agree to a POINT if you can find were the leak is then fix it if not and like i said it dont go below 2 pounds in 2min then run it!..heck ive ran a bike that dropped to 3 pounds in 2 min and ran it and it ran all year long w/ZERO probs.. when do i do a air leak test?..well when i hear my bike running different than normal and starts acting up then il check for air leak and comp..6 to 5 psi in 2 min is awsome i wish i could get all mine to do that..

sounds like your carbs aint big enough or fubbed up!..i would say air leak maybe but blown up 3 times id say fuel issue if its burning holes in the pistons...you are doin air leak test after you do the rebuilds?..

dropping from 6 psi to under 2 psi in 2min is bad..if yours only dropped to 5psi in 2min you are good to go..

the rule of thumb is nothing less than 2 pounds in 2 minutes from 6 pounds..so yea run it..

yea i agree sounds like the dump tube is to small..on my 4mil stck cyl ive got my dumps and mains 116 and clip in middle with a 52 pilot and is tuned in perfect..my powerjets 1 turnout from closed,when its chilli out side 2 turns out..air screw is at 1 1/2 turns..my elevation is 1000..hope this helps..

maybe turn your air screw in a turn if you dont have any pilot jets!..what pilot you runnin?

sounds like you need some stiffer springs!..or you can stretch them put some and will stiffen them up too..but a throttle sticking issue is dangerous and needs to be fixed asap...

scary feeling huh..id check my springs inside the carbs and see if they are catching on something or wore out..but this needs fixed before someone gets seriously hurt!..
