I bought my bike 4 years ago and it never idled. I rebuilt the engine with a .020 kit. The bike ran great but it would not idle. I was on vacation riding doing hill racing and it just seemed to lack power so I started moving the e-clip on the needle. it took two runs before I moved it to the bottom notch and it was still lean but ran great. Back from vacation I purchased a needle and jet kit and for the first time it was ideling and the plugs looked great. Two years later I have no Idle and I had to move the clip down on the new needle. I have had the whole fuel system apart and can not figure this problem out. I know the reeds are old but they wern't broke of held open.
Any suggestions would help out
