Some pics of a turbo banshee we seen at the track the other night. It only made one sucessful pass ( out of 3) but it halled ass on that pass. It is a stock cylinder, stock port, stock carbs, etc etc on nitros... Maby these pics will beable to help you out some how.

I would love to have a 2-5 duneable override with N down. No need for 1st or 6th IMO. I have a 1-5 duneable with N down and first gear is worthless and gets in the way.

If you get caught up racing a slow POS let him stage first. No point in keeping the bike running longer then it needs to be. It's a give and take situation at the light. Dont keep the other person waiting on you. but at the same time dont rush your self. I would start with no more them 3 psi in the tires and go down from there. If your supper hot, where some skimpy clothing. Everybody will let you pass them. The most inportante thing is to have fun. Your not going to set any records your first time out.

Yes we have machines capable to make the bowls. We have 3, 4 and a 5 axis machines but I don’t see any reason that you would need more than a 3 axis. We use Feature CAM. I also do some part time work at another machine shop that uses Master Cam. If for some reason that Feature Cam cannot pull it off. I can do it all on Master Cam. I have built the program more than 5 times now and don’t see any problems. I will be building the fixture to hold the parts myself. I will drill the holes for the main jet first then use that to bolt it down... Making a 2 pic bowl Not sure what you mean by locating the part? Are your talking about honing the axis?

I can do a bigger drain bolt to change the pilot jet, clearence for the clutch lever and bigger main sump for the main for the jet to sit in. The anti-slosh baffle is something I was thinking about, but still not sure how to do something like that with the limited room and the flots hanging in the way. I keep thinking some kinda of screen might work or act as a baffle. Was also thinking of making for reed spacers with a built in Nos hook up kinda like the plates they make for cars. Any more ideas?

I'm taking a computer manufacturing class in college, where we learn to make computer programs for CNC machines. For my final project I want to make a set of billet bowls. I'm looking for an idea of how to make a set that are better than the ones on the current market. If anyone has any good ideas on how to improve the design or info of things I need to keep in consideration, please share. The only thing I have in mind is an overflow tube. Thanks
