  1. I dont understand this. One why someone would tell you back firing is a piston/ ring issue. I belive its more carb/jet issue. But anyways. I would get a new cable if it seems something is holding it back, there really is only one good reason for that and cables do need to be replaced i do mine every year. But im sticking with the other's sounds like a air leak, to make it rev. then Want to shut down when you let go of the gas. Aslo check the carbs. Take off the air filter, and use one hand to open the throttle up slowly, and make sure the slides are moving at the same time and the same distance. I would beat money your problem lies here not piston and rings.

  6. pipes are small bore 1 out of each side. CDI box for 30 bucks or shot me an offer the VFORCE reeds are like brand new used one time i thought 200 was a fair price but let me know if not. Im willing to work it out, im not here to make millions...lol

  11. hey man i see this problem alot...I have had to make differnt screws and tep my holes a little different, i have seen guys use little lock tight on them, Have seen people use metel screws instead of the brass...Are people useing a lock washer on them. If you use lock tight i woupld prolly not use permant shit that might not be good...But you have to see whats going to work on your bike

  13. 340 main sounds WAY to big if you only have KandN done...try like 210...make sure the Choke tube is on no cracks, and the crossover tube. Try that for air leaks....But please change that jet 340 sounds huge, but you did not list ur mods or evel..
  14. Im not tring to make a bitch feast. Im was just saing Andy is the owner i guess dick/cocky may be the same...I just dont understand how someone can say this is the best pipe bottom line.....Pipe is never the bike its how the bike is set for the pipe i understand this..I was not tring to be an ass about it at all...I just have called there and was asking about pipes for a bike that is getting built and was told "grr pipes are the best bottom line" and then i asked how can you tell me that if i dont set my motor for your pipes and then was hung up on...But maybe i called on a bad day..But hell i dont know GRR pipes may pull hard i just see myself buying them now

I know this is going to start a bitch feast...But why is all GRR bikes and there pipes run like shit, I have yet to see a GRR bike do good over a bracket race..I have seen Missouri bikes built on Gas with CPI pipes ported for cpi's out run GRR bikes by far...I understand that motor is motor maybe one is better maybe ones port work is better...But GRR is claimin to make the best power top notch and yet i have never seen it..And plus the people at grr are dicks...But if im wrong and someone has really seen grr bikes are pipes do better then most let me know...Be for real though u cant compare the grr's to FmF but drag pipe agianst drag pipe...let me know

Hey big red GOOD luck....Lectron's are alot easier to jet right...But for the most part you have it jet RICH and work your way down...you also will want a pingel duel petcock, and i would HIGHLY recommand running a fuel pump on the bike...you need 4 times the AMOUNT of AKLY then gas... but a .110 sound about right it would not be that rich on .110 with a 4mill and pods with 4 plus timing.. the dial a jet is junk with AKLY in my eyes....that is mostly used for MX gas bike's... AKLY dont have the problems, they make there own bigger problem... remember ALWAYS purge the system after rideing never store the bike with akly in it....and akly is only good for 30 days shelf life unless its air tight.....but hey you can get like 10 more HP on a tuned right michene on akly...

If you like the bike i would oil it UNI filter oil, or any other filter oil...any FOAM filter needs to be cleaned and oil alot...get a K&N for it leave it in the air box, just drill a couple holes it speed is what your after...let me know if you need any part's... i will beat any prices you have now...

  20. i have a 95'shee with lots of motor work, its a 350 class drag/dune bike. Motor has all been rebuilt last 4month's. crank rods piston's rings head jugs, dune ported and polished. the motor is bored .30 over. The bike is set up for drag now. with solid bar's in the shocks i have shock's for the bike, a +4 dura blue axle. PM me i will tell al.. 1500$ FIRM dont try to low ball the deal

  22. hey it really should not be the cdi but i have a stock one laing around 50 bucks for it...i have like 4 coil's dont know if they work, but throw in extra 8 bucks and you take them all and see if one works... you can test if there is ohm's in and out of the coil and the restance's of the path...The CDI there is no way possable to test it
  23. hey i know this post is like two weeks old..but i use to run a wiced atv head...and you have to use there domes for there head however it is a good head...NOSS and pro desgin are top notch, for the price...wicked atv is oer rated too much and not enough proof..But there bikes seem to run good,

Ummm well lol been ahwile since i have...take the carbs off. take the hole slide look at the top of it...should be two small philleps headd screw's in there un screw them and the cable and a little gold looking peice and the screw's all come out....from there the needles pull right out..If i remember correctly..someone else with stock carbs would help more
