well maybe so. For some reason i thought you had a heavier port already. And id say somethin about the 4mil too, with the right porting a 4mil can run quite a bit harder imo

Is there anything I can do save from taking the brakes off get this thing to roll better? It's got all new bearings in the carrier and front hubs, so the only thing I can think keeping it from rolling is the brakes. It has fairly new pads all around and the rotors don't seem too warped.

Got a coolhead with 19cc domes I don't need. Lookin for $150 + shipping. PM me if you have any questions. Pics will be up Sunday or possibly Sat. night. I have the coolhead studs, but one of the long ones is stripped. Also have the o-rings that came w/ it but one of the ones that seals the dome is too big. These will both come with it.

That's a possibility but if they're stripped I wouldn't imagine it would catch at all. Take a sharpie and mark it then go ride and if it does it see if the hub has rotated any.

Since you have pro circuit pipes, probably something to complement those. Jim has a play port that would probably be exactly what you're looking for.

Since you said you have 14 degree weather...what pilot jet do you have in it? With that cold of temps if you have a stock pilot i could see it not starting very easily.

Yeah and brake fluid is hell on powdercoat. Just a tad bit and it softens it up bad. I'd vote for the polishing too.

Shouldn't need a press or anything, you might want to check that it is the right size.
