  1. I have my juggs without paint right now. I kind of like the way they look. I don't have the time or patience to polish them. Would someone reccomend to clear coat them if I wanted to put them on like that (no paint).
  2. I have a Toomey radiator, it sells for $400. I bought my shee with that radiator on it already. I heard a lot of people run engine ice and they say it works really good. That's like $18-20 a bottle. I would definately look into putting that money into some porting if you haven't done so already.
  3. Pics of the Ac racing bumper Desert style grab bar? and prices
  4. How does $30 shipped sound for the water pump cover. Let me know, and I'll make the payment.
  5. I have a kick starter and all I know is that it says GMS on it in. It rattles like a mug. The kits I see have a different screw than mine. Mine is an allen head and the others are phillips head. My bolt is not threaded all the way like the one I see. Tech at Cascade says it might not work. Any advice?
  6. A new list and prices would be nice. Just for the people that don't remember.
  7. Is there any seat modifications needed for the larger tanks? If not does it still set in there correctly? It just looks like it affects it.
  8. Well, this topic came up cuz I am planning to go on a 30-35 mile ride roundtrip. Want to take off from home and just wanted to see what you guys that have been on long rides had to say. I'll be taking some extra gas just in case. I won't be wot all the time. I am considering the larger tank but some bikes I don't really like how they look. POst some pics of the clarke tank if you can get some1 for replies
  9. I have both a shee and a blaster and the shee pretty much sucks up double the amount
  10. Does anyone have an idea about how many miles you can go on a shee with stock carbs, on a full tank?
  11. What kind of reeds are those and what size carbs?
  12. Another thing is just look at how much feedbnack he has "0" nada. Stay away.
  13. I was only kidding about this page being expensive(bansheeHQ), I know it's free :shoothead: . I meant all the things I learned from here, then it gets addicting wanting to do mods and upgrades to my shee. As far as the web page for Passion passionracingengines.com FASTOYS is very known here too. I would say talk to people and see who you feel comfortable with also.
  14. I have the PIAA headlights from RickyStator and they are super bright especially compared to stocks. When I night ride I aim one down in front and the other ahead, I can see at a good distance where I can fly atnight and leave my friends behind. I say give it a try and see what you like. If you trail ride a lot, I would reccommend aftermarket lights. I think stocks can only adjust up and down.
  15. Bobbin bobcat. bet some of you were there for an hour or so
  16. The reason I picked Passion is because of this web page. I heard his name quite a bit.I don't have that many posts because I have found most of my answers just by searching. It seems like a lot of members know what the heck they are talking about when it comes to shees. Do a search, you can just about find anything. I'll tell you trinity isn't that good here. Good luck. By the way this page is expensive, not to use just the ideas it starts to give you and the addiction of wanting to do everything to your shee. Awesome page.
  17. I have my cylinders and head at PASSION right now. I am getting the dune port done. Shipping was only like $10, he's in Oklahoma. Where at in SoCal are you?
  18. The TORS removal is only an improvement to your carbs, easier for jetting, less weight and a cleaner look. Look TORS up and you can find many topics about it. Shaving you head will give you higher compression and therefore more power. Advancing the timing will also but +6 might be a little too much. Lightening the flywheel will let you rev quicker. Hope that helps.
  19. Thanks guys, Blue Duece, you kind of answered another concern I had about going to a lower elevation and having different compression readings. I ride at El Mirage and Stoddard Wells. But I will be going out to Dumont in a month or so. How much PSI difference should there be from 3,000 to 600-700ft. elevation? I will check out Goodspeed on the fuel. I do use 927, 50:1 seems a little low, I have been running at 32:1. I will be talking to Jim when I get my cylinders in. Where do you ride at BlueDuece? Maybe we'll hit a ride when I get mine going.
  20. I thougt maybe i would use more oil in it? Just because of it runnning harder, but then again I'm fairly new to this. I got one person saying pump gas, and another saying 50/50. Anyone other opinions would be appreciated. I know I will probably have to do a compression check but just kind of curious of what I'm looking at while I get my cylinders back. ::
  21. Hey guys. Getting a dune port done at Passion, just waiting for them. He is also milling the head. I will have the flywheel lightened, and RS plate for maybe a +4. A few questions. I got the T5's with the Toomey filter on there right now. What compression do you guys think I should expect? Do you guys think a 50/50 mix would be good for fuel or 110? Would 32:1 still be OK for oil? Thanks for any feedback
  22. They sell different types of rocket JETS that you can strap on to your bike so you can hit the jumps and fly pretty far :baseball_bat:
  23. I've always used the Maxim 85wt. I've heard about people using regular Castrol GTX 20-50w. Thinking about switching to that, a lot more cheaper, and I do frequent oil changes(3 rides).
