    A arms lsr?

    Ok, I had to order new bushings, got them and the were to big O.D. and to big I.D. So I called lsr and sent a picture of these arms to them. They said they were theirs, so I ordered bushings. Couldn't get the guy to give me a measurement over the phone so I said go ahead and send them. They were a few thousandths to big O.D. and way big on I.D. I they would work with the factory pivot pipes, but the ones I got with the kit were smaller than stock. I contacted the guy I got them from and he said they were for sure lsr, just the older ones. Ended up going to ace hardware and got bronze bushings that were an exact fit!! I'm still curious if these are actually lsr arms though.

  6. Not a whole lot right now, probably end up like the last on i had, coolhead, pipes, advance timing, reed valves, and probably have the cylinders ported. For now im just gonna put a case saver, new chain, tors delete, change trans oil and run it! Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk 2
  7. Picked up a 1997, was a one owner. Engine has never been opened up, toomey 2 into one intake, rejetted and thats all that has been done to it engine wise! Carbs need a good cleaning, but fires up on first kick. Cylinders both had 120 psi. Time to order parts and get back into it!! Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk 2

  18. So you have one cylinder smoking and the other not, right? You want smoke on both sides. How bad is it smoking? Better do the leakdown test and check it out. Don't run it if one side isn't smoking, if it's not smoking it's not good. :biggrin:

  20. I have the Terry Cable dual gasser, awesome for the dunes. You can give your thumb a little break every now and then. Good for drag racing and climbing dunes, but I wouldn't recommend it for trails.
  21. Yeah, I've been thinking about the PPE. Probably better do the transmission first. I just have the Hypertech right now, which works great.
