  1. Definately run the the outerwears. Bad idea to run open air filters like that. I just give my K&N's a light pink spray, try to be care and cover all areas without overspraying. And If I do I wipe em down with rag. Also use a bit of carb cleaner to clean the mount part where it connects to the carb. Keeps it from slipping off.
  2. Just as my new motor is ready for final break-in I find a nasty crack on the swingarm, so no Dumont Dunes drag races for me Do it by the book, make sure everything is bolted on, torqued & tuned as should be. Make sure jetting is on point. Check and double check that motor pressure before and after breaking in. Also check pressure thru entire cooling system. Thank you!
  3. if it does get hot and puking coolant, ride it slow against the wind so that radiator/coolant can cool off.
  4. hey bro.. there's lots of stuff on the stocker which we don't need. If you need the harness cleaned up I can help.
  5. I liked the 13 for drag racing. Get you thru gears into top gears pretty quick. Didn't like it for tight trail riding though. Didn't have enuf 2nd & 3rd gear.
  6. I run the 50/50 mix & that's all i need. Just tore down a motor, no signs of corrosion anywhere radiator and metals are still very healthy.
  7. Check the oring on water neck. It's the tube that connects to clutch cover and coolant hose between the carbs.
  8. They fit the 2 stroke Toomey silencers, banshee & blaster.
  9. Every banshee should run a pancake bearing to prevent ball bearing & push rod seizure. Sounds like that's what happened here. That bearing should come out very easy, if welded together you might need to split the cases. Let us know what you find.
  10. Wow!!! I said holy shit every time he hit the throttle. It was really gone like a rocket! I would of asked for training wheels the size of 20" swingarms lol..
  11. Actually, Joe's mod is what every one wants in order to ride at those strict OHV areas. Awesome work!! Are these sparky screens different from the old Toomey sparky setup? I never had a prob with the old ones & never had carbon buildup to even try to clog the screens. Maybe jetting was off....... ?
  12. Make just need to turn the idles screws in and raise those slides. Are the back of slides letting air/fuel in? Take carbs off and look in in the back to make sure.
  13. Check out what i did for tail lights, you have many options on where to mount them. http://forums.everything2stroke.com/showthread.php?t=39592&highlight=billet+lights The banshee looks sweet, i like the look of the chopped silencers!
  14. Looks good! Let us know how they hold up!
  15. Post a picture. I can polish the silencers so they look chrome. I can polish chrome too and remove the blueing, but let's see what they look like.
  16. Test your electricals and take a look at all the parts these guys suggested before making a purchase. I'd take a good look at the reeds too!
  17. Looks like lotsa fun & sounds like Lana is not one to be messed with on the track ha haa! The Tri Zinger guys had to be hilarious. Very cool photography.
  18. Sorry bout the late feedback, i know how important it is.

  19. I forgot to leave + feedback for Sandfrk33 who cut me a great deal on a part. I paid, he sealed and delivered! Simple successful transaction as all should be. Thanks alot bro, I'm diggin that billet!
  20. That's a really good price, wish I could scoop it up for my blaster. Not many 200cc riders here though, try Craigslist & E2S.
  21. I like that look alot, keep the pics coming. Only reason I haven't done this is the small led tail lights i mounted where my cdi used to be lol..
  22. The Banshee, most popular atv ever! The aftermarket world for the Banshee is huge, can search the net for parts till your fingers blue! I get all my Banshee stuff from RJATV, Wildcard Racing & Sandtoyz Unlimited, parts are very easy to come by.. I only hit the stealership for small things like a jet or two, premix etc... But I avoid dealerships by choice and it works out great for me.
  23. Jet that banshee right and shee won't overheat. Straight water will evaporate some. Things don't really freeze in cali but they do get hot. Antifreeze helps with both cold and hot + protects metal from corrosion. I run the 50/50 Prestone stuff and never had a prob in the cooling area. I am curious bout Coolanol though..
