  1. I never tryed aftermarket high out put stator but I seen in product review section that a lot of people had bad experience with them u can make a lil search in this section...

  3. I don't know your elevation, temperature etc... bu 200 main looks pretty small for these mods I ran around 280-310 with fmfs and filter only at 1000 ft altitude... anyway it's probably not your problem but it may be the top end rebuild problem lol

I have 3-4 friends with banshee and we can't understand this spark arestor law... in sand dune ??? we run forest trail when it's really dry and we never started a fire with a shee lol... anyway you are all lucky to run in sand dune we never seen it and will probably never see sand dune in our life haha Sorry not in relation with thread but it's nice to talk about lol

  9. domes looked great and plug too just real dry... right side have a lot of oil probably cuz I started engine after it happened... But I washed domes in ultrasonic solution and machine and they now look like crap so I must buy new one lol didnt know that ultra sonic would damage aluminium like that Domes after removal dome after ultra sonic wash... they look like crap

  11. both side were near to have a hole... and I think right side have a lot of oil cuz I started the enigne after it happened so the right side got a lot of oil running on 1 cyl at idle

  13. Happened at WOT after 6-10 seconds wot... the right piston's near to have a hole too right at the same place... I suspect detonation... I ran 50/50 ratio of 91/110 octane last year with no problem and this year I checked compression and squish... 130 psi both side with a non reliable gauge and .050 squish so I tryed only 91 octane and I think it's what caused that... Other suggestion? 160 main in 33mm pwks at 40-50 degrees 1000 ft altitude modifs: fmf fatty's, vforces 3, noss head with 21 cc cut domes, 795 series pistons, 4mm stroker 5mm long rod, fast wood/trail port, port matched case, +4 timing, 33mm pwks, 6'' K&N style pods could it be cuz i was Lean on main jet or a air leak? Does it cause hole in piston? cylinder wall looks nice no seizure... piston skirt have some scratches but didnt affect the cylinder
  14. Cool ty do we need to port his stock reedcage ? use stopper? if we have to port cage do you have a link that show how to do it? I seen it on the old forum.... lol

I'd like your opinion it's for a friend he has t5s, +4 degree, pro design air filter we look for reed valve and cool head with 21 cc domes after thank you
  16. Why would u take the motor out to do a leakdown test? You can do it with the motor in frame...
  17. I don't know it's normaly tight without any clamps... anyway I had same problem as you and it worked well when I put back the litle tube back between carbs lol take a look to be sure that it's at the right place if it is I don't know what's your problem... cya
  18. Did u put back the little tube betwen the 2 carbs? I made this mistake first time i changed piston didnt know that this tube was important and it ran on 1 cyl like u.
