  1. This is normal.
  2. What type of K&N steup are you going to use? Lid on, lid off, clamp-ons?
  3. I used to go to the BET races. They have an amazing track! Moved away though, sorry...
  4. I run Mikuni 34mm TM Flatslides on a ported motor. I love them.
  5. Haven't had time to ride in over two years, so I'm selling my baby. It is a 96 Banshee: - Fully ported Cylinders (play/race port) bored .60 over - Cylinder head milled and redomed (175 PSI/Cyl). (must run av gas or race gas) - Wiseco pro-lite pistons, balanced and windowed - Hot Rods connecting rods - Crankshaft trued and welded - Lightened flywheel - Ricky Stator high output stator - ProDesign fully adjustable timing plate - FMF SST pipes and silencers - Mikuni 34mm Flat-slide carbs, jetted correctly - K&N clamp-on filters with Outerwears - Delta V-Force 2 reed cages - UPP Poly intake manifolds - Vito's 1/2" reed spacers - White Brothers boost bottle - White Brothers racing clutch - Douglas .190 aluminum rims - Holeshot tires - Sunstar racing o-ring chain and sprockets - 2 sets of race plastic (red/yellow) or (black/yellow) - DG rear skid-plate - DG alloy front bumper - Moose Handlebars - Outerwears shock covers - All motorwork done by Dave Moore (davemooreracing.com). I am very meticulous when it comes to maintenance. This machine looks awesome, and has been very well maintained. I have the original title, along with ALL receipts for any parts as well as motor work. I'm sure anyone who has seen Dave's work knows that he is a very reputable builder (check out his web site). The motor has not lost any compression since it was built. This bike flat out hauls. I have ridden many Banshee's over the years, and this one is hands down the fastest one I have ever seen. It always starts on the first few kicks, and aside form the stator going out, has never given me any problems. The porting is such that I have plenty of low-end for trail riding, but pulls unbeliveably hard from mid to wide open. No flat spots! My friend has a Raptor with several thousand dollars worth of engine work, and he cant even come close to keeping up! I have not decided on a price yet, but will consider any offers over $3500. I live north on Indianapolis, and am willling to help out with inspection or delivery. Please email me with any questions at [email protected]

I would classify it as "ridiculous fast". It runs on either 100LL airplane fuel, or 108 or higher race gas. Anyone interested is more than welcome to ride it before making any commitment. It starts on the first couple of kicks, and runs perfectly. I live in central Indiana, and am willing to meet someone within reasonable driving distance. Price is $4000. I will gladly email pictures or answer any questions via email. My address is [email protected]
