Ill look on ebay. ? pwr says replcement for stock rad. Is it or does it have wider passeges like the fluidyne?

Long story short- 01 bought ban and rap, wife= knokup=had to sell ban to buddy(could just pull rap up to any back woods bar gas and fill up)-buddy cracked up ban(minor bent arm cracked head light frame great) buddy needs money says first person offer 1000 sell. bought back(DAH who wouldnt only 3 years old minor damage). Anyways to the point- while he had he was power washing it and kind of Fd the radiator up. putting new top end in but before when run in sand pitts on hot days=overheat once in a while. By mods billet imp engine ice still did it. since new top end dont want it to over heat. Buddy says fluidyne is the best, little cheaper than pro design but i see alot of people run pwr on hear. YES i did a search and didnt find alot on fluidyne rads and most of them were 05 and 04. Aluminum has gone way up since then-just trying to get the most for my $! THANX

Seen plastics ones fail-never seen a billet fail. Like said, rather replace a seal than have it go boom, personally.

Have that very same set up on both my ban and rap- for the money cant say enough.

I know were your coming from, The f---king mice had the corn my wife feeds the deer and seeds and insulation stuffed in my daughter air box so tight i dont think there was any room for the little basterds themselves. they had corn stuffed all the way down in the clutch on my kaw. found out when i started it up and went to drive. Should have heard all the neat sounds that made. The old ladys going to get a garage cat tommorow.

Had the same problem with my raptor. Got a pro design power shifter and set it higher. got the same shifter for my ban (alot better-no flex) set it for what ever hight works.

When i had the stock a arms and shocks i couldnt go over quart throttle across my old mans field. Put on long travel eyeballs & TCS shocks= full throttle. But from what ive red +2+1 is the way to go. Just intrested on the fit and finish for my next money pit.

Not to steal anyone's post but i run hinson 10/40 but it seems like everyone runs 80w gear oil on this site. Does 80w make that much of a difference. Not trying to sound stupid

Dont know how much truth there is to this, but i heard there was a big contraversy back then over the size and speed of the quads(the fed gov stepped in) heard yamaha was the only one that paid to keep making the wheelers they already had out, but they couldnt make any knew or bigger race machines. Suz- Hon both figured there wasnt a bi enough market at the time so they dumped their lines. Finally after the 7-8-9-1000 snowmobiles were coming out they they said HEY WHAT THE F--K and got the laws changed, thats when the 300 ex came into play. I seems to me there all carefull on the big moters. I know there is the Bomb 650(big and slow) The raptor 660 was improvement but was still pretty much a detuned trail machine. The knew 700 is a big improvment but still for a 700 dont know? Ya i know their 4 strokes.

Yeah, i have mine apart right now and i have the same thing. Must just be from the air rushing over it.

As said the picture on their site dosent show the whole nerf. As soon as i get them ill take a picture and see if i can figure out how to do this shit
