  1. Put a little heat on the threads on the bolt and hammer in the next size up of socket or allen key, and then try it, but the heat trick usually works.
  2. I am running the same gear ratio of 13/41 and I just put on a set of 22" ITP Mudlites. I have no complaints what so ever, I love the added ground clearence for the trails I ride. I have no complaints except the are kinda heavy.
  3. I'm in for this.
  4. You should take it to a stealership and ask to have racing air put in them
  5. how much for the set of white plastics? and are they cut? pics?
  6. I am about to change my transmission oil in my shee. I bought my quad used and the guy I bought it from said he was running Gear Saver, Motorcycle 80W transmission oil. Does this sound correct? and also what is everyone else running in there shee's.
  7. Thats an awsome joke to read at 2:48AM after a long day of work. Nice one

  9. Well I did it, I went and ordered a set of ITP Mud Lites today. 22x11x8. at a cost of $65CAD I could not pass them up.
  10. So by the sounds of things I should do it. I have an extra set of rims, with a set of sand sharks on them( never ride sand in alberta) so I was thinking of getting a 22" tire, They are an 8" rim,.
  11. That was the answer I was looking for, I am running a 13/41 gear ratio and want to run 22" mudlites cause all i ever ride is trails with mud. I want the extra clearence aswell. I find myseld getting high centered alot.
  12. I am strongly thinking about putting a set of 22" mudlites on my shee. I ride with my dad who has a yamaha kodiak. We ride only trails, tight tree lines, and mud. Has anyone put a set off 22" Mudlites on a shee before? And any comments on how it will pull with the mods listed below. I am also running a 13tooth sproket to help with my low end. Any help or idea would be awsome. I am currently running 20" hole shots. The reason for the 22" is for a bit more ground clearence as well.
  13. I just put a 13T on my shee ( mods listed bleow) I am trying to get more out of it for slow(er) (with my dad) trail riding so I dropped a tooth on the front which I think should help, I'll Have to see this weekend. I have not ridden on it yet but I am hopeing to see quite a difference. And I also had better like it or else I need a new chain, cause I had to take a link out of mine for my 13tooth sproket.
  14. I have seen a quad on one of those before and they look really flimsy. I bought a utility trailer from home depot and I can fit my banshee and my dads kodiak on it and I pull it with a 97 GMC Jimmy with a 4.3L modified. It cost me $1400. Its an even better trailer if you are pulling one quad. Cause it have sides and a front on it. Something to look into
  15. I run Pro Taper bars on mine and so far I have no complaints!
  16. I aswell run a DID chain and have had no problems with it, runs smooth!!
  17. I have no idea what sizes I am using
  18. Hey guys, I am in need of some help here. I am new to all this jetting stuff. I have an 2000 Shee, mods listed below. I bought it used from a guy who said it is jetted for my elevation already which is 3500 feet. I am not fouling plugs but they are black, not the tan color they should be. I have no problems with not getting into the power band in any of the gears. I usually ride in about 20-30celcius (68-90F)weather. I am running YamaLube oil at 32:1. I hope someone can help me get my jetting straightened out, or even if it is anything to worry about, Thanks

  22. I have a very weak prescription, but I find it helps me to ride with my glasses on. I also have a set of smith goggles that I wear over my glasses, so I don't ruin my glasses. Works great.
  23. I am looking for an aftermarket taillight. I want one that is an LED and I am having trouble finding a site that sells them. If anyone knows of one that would be awsome. Post pics of your aftermarket tail lights as well. thanks
  24. while we are on the topic of axle nuts, I as well have my axle out of my quad right now and am unable to find the proper tool for the nuts from my dealership. I used a pipe wrench to take them off. I was wondering how do you tightne your axle nuts so that you do not have any play and so that they are not to tight against the bearings?
  25. 100% canadian right here. I'm in calgary, alberta!!!
