  1. i finally put everything back together and its running nicely. the jets that were in my carbs were 150 50 and it was reccomended 152 58 when i called that number you gave me. I took out the stock airbox and put on 2 filters on, not really sure what kind they were but the guy ordered something different than the durablues. Only problem is i dont have a place to mount the little coolant tank that used to be on the airbox. is there anything i can buy? thanks again
  2. i bought a durablue filter i was going to put in the airbox. i decided to still use the airbox cause i drive through alot of shit. is this going to change my jetting?
  3. i had to buy new air filters, so they should be comming in tomorrow. il try and give it a test tomorrow if i can, if not in a few days once i throw in the new gas line. this is prob a noob question but how will i know if its too rich, and what ratio should i use 32:1 or 40:1. Thanks a lot. this help is greatly appreciated.
  4. I gave CPW a call and they told me 30mm oko have 52 , 158 baseline. My carbs right now have 50, 150, should that make much of a difference? Thanks again
  5. i bought them from some website and i cant remember what it is. they say pwk 30m on the side and im having an impossible time finding them again on the internet. i cant find pwks in 30mm
  6. I just placed 30mm flat slide carbs on my stock banshee. it has stock exhaust and compression of course. I am 600ft above sea level and i was wondering if anyone has any idea what the main and pilot would be. thanks
  7. I just put on new carbs and the rubber joints that connect the carbs to the airbox do not fit on the opening of the carbs. The openings are much larger. How would i go about solving this problem. Thanks
  8. Hey, Recently i messed up my carbs and am looking to get new ones. I was looking at keihin and then i found keihin style for cheaper. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these. They are quite a bit cheaper so i wasnt too sure if they were as effective or not. Thanks Keihin Style Carbs
  9. Thanks alot, i think im gonna try that out tomorrow if i can get my shee going again. The carbs have been acting up and im supposed to go riding in 2 days, so im pretty angry.
  10. Hey, My idle screw hole threads are messed up because the hole i drilled was a little too big. I was wondering if there is a easy solution to this problem. Ive heard of loctite repair a thread kit, aswell as other goos. I plan on buying new carbs in 4 months once the winter comes but i want a solution so that i can just ride it out for now. Thanks
  11. Is there anyplace online i can buy 28 pwk carbs? I searched around a little and didnt find much.
  12. Basically my whole banshee is stock right now. I want to get new exhaust and do a little to my engine in the near future. Im aiming to do some mx dirt track type of things. What type of things would i be expected to buy if i was wanted to ride mx tracks.
  13. I am interested in buying new carbs for my banshee but i do not know what size i should buy and what brand. I am looking for carbs with idle screw built in so i do not have to tap it myself. My banshee is primarily used for dirt trailing.
  14. Hey, I just recently removed my rear axle and im having a hell of a time removing the nutz. Is this regular threaded or reverse? Is there any easy tools besides the ones you buy for 30$+ that are possible to use? And does heating it make a difference? If you could give any other tips i would be most grateful. Thank you
  15. Thank you very much for the pic. Now my banshee can resume its ressurection. Take care.
