  6. Na guys not for the chick and it's not about the pull. It's all about the feel. I basically only ride my ktm bike now and when I get on the banshee or 250r I get too much feedback through the cable and I really don't like it. So I want to try it and see if I like that "disconnected" feel that the hydraulic clutches have on a quad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. do you have any idea who made this or where it came from? I really like the look of it.
  12. I did not do well. I was fast and rode well just had horrible starts. Got a trx250 to race and rode in the +25. Was fast in the class but couldn't do anything starting in the back. I still had a good time
  13. I'm here right now pitted right across from the picture trailer. Give me a call if you want 559-786-8886
  14. Do any of you guys plan to go to the Ashtabula/Pine lake EDT race? I would really like to get a banshee to run while im out at the EDT national this year racing the 3 wheeler.
  15. Ok... Well, i can do some things, i several new sets of clutch plates (steel's fibers and springs) still i could send you , but Im not sure about a spare tranny, Pipes woudnt be pratical to ship out but the SST's for the one race probably wouldnt be too bad. I could send the shock bolts too. My guy in ny might have plastics we could use for the race possibly.
  16. Do you need any parts or anything that I could ship you to help you get it done My practice bikers torn appart right now so I have anything you would need.
  17. That was the original plan when I was going to drive out there but those plans to drive out there in the motorhome fell through so now I'm looking at still maintaining a quad ride hopefully.
  18. So im looking at going to the Pine lake TT (Ashtabula) edt race again, I will be racing the 450 3wheeler again. But im also looking at the posibility of racing a quad too. I would love to run one. Anybody have a quad i can barrow? i should have tires stored in ny that will be at the track, that are useable. If anyone can come through with a shee for me to ride i woudl be extremely happy.
  19. This is all a matter of setup... Im running a 1-4 m5-6 And im using a 16 38 gearing with a first gear launch. It struggles sometimes when i hit third but most the time im good. If i went to a second gear start i would have to drop to a 14 or so countershaft. Which is what the duner bikes i have run.
  20. Lets be honest here, The trikes cant run witht he quads, The times for pine lake, Jackie was 9 seconds A LAP off of what the pro quads run, you say pro am but most the riders are the same guys so there really isnt any difference. Now Jackie won that race he was 9 seconds a lap off the pace of the pro quads, but you say you can run wtih them. In the same race Jackie finished 40 seconds in front of you. If you where out there with the pro quads you would be lapped in a 10 lap race. And if anyone questions what im saying, In the same race i finished second. Not discrediscreating the bike at all, I even told him (the owner of the banshee trike) at the race i know i could win the race if i had the banshee trike over the 450 being i race pro on a banshee now. im much more comftorable on the shee.
  21. I have yet to decide what engine to run. With the length of the race I tend to think a more mild motor will be better i have a nice low end stroker motor I built, I might go with that. I just picked up a 421 cub in a drag bike, but really don't think it would be a good setup to try and get hooked up and it will be very exhausting to ride. Probably just stick to my normal stock bore/stroke bike I have been running the whole time, it's 60 up has yet to have a problem against the big 450's.
  22. Last year I got second in the pro 3 wheeler class at pine lake this year we have new and exciting things planned for the race not to mention the current plan is to take my banshee and run the Pro Am unlimited also at pine lake.
  23. I would be willing to try one. Want my experience on flattrack/tt? search youtube For Nick Lalanne I race in the pro class and do all the work on my bike from building/porting my enigne to suspension seutup.
  24. Sounds like your Caster isnt set correct. You want about 6-8* for drag racing from my experience.
